The food was good tho, but the staff. One young girl was nice tho, but the other 2.. Man ya'all need to quit.I came here twice. One time with my nephew, the lady with long nails , host was alright. But the new York attitude. I hate it.Last time I was here a few days ago. I ordered smoked bacon brisket burger(double ) and a large fry.As I walked in, they were empty.The nba looking dude was so unfriendly. Frown looking face man... He stared at me like I am a thief.He stared at me like I am a killer or something.Man let me tell you, I been here in Orlando since 1996, this is my town.. Don't give me attitude..I asked for few ketchup. I am telling you man, that dude did not change his glove or something.. The small bags of ketchup, they were very sticky on the outside, Like a sugar coated. Made my hands so sticky try to open it.The burger is good tho...But man if your asian, stay away from this place man... These people are not happy to see you.....that tall nba looking dude and the long nails lady gona look at you like you have killed their grandmas.
My husband sent me 12 miles for 2 ? & their sweet ? fries.Hot, fresh, clean, & outstanding service.I am particularly impressed by their cashier...outstanding personality. Keeps us coming back again & again even at those prices...ouch $35. Worth it!
Great food, awful service. Unfriendly, unkind employee. Fire that guy he clearly doesn't care about his job. In addition he wore his mask around his chin and no gloves. Why even wear a mask idiot! Dirty tables and trash on the floor. We were the only people in there and it took 30 minutes to get 2 milkshakes when our food was ready in 10. Food was overpriced the milkshakes were very small for $6. Be ready to spend what you would at a real restaurant with actual service for a burger and fries.No wonder the place was empty at 5:30 pm on a Friday. We won't be back. There's plenty of other burger places that want your business. Take my advice and pass on this place, or order to go.
Had for the first time after going to church and Sunday errands. It was spectacular! The workers were very kinds and seemed fairly clean from what I seen. I had the Swiss burger and my boyfriend had the Colorado with the fries and tots. Safe to say we will definitely be coming back! We also did an online order to take home and it was still super yummy! Thank you to the staff for your kindness and delicious food!
15+ minutes to get food when you are the only one waiting…cook behind the counter has long hair and full length beard and is not wearing a hair net, pretty much a guarantee hair is getting in someone’s food. Being charged for a drink despite not asking for one and not being told it was included in the meal…the top of the bun was still ice cold…WTH….Disappointing experience, likely not returning here…seems they care more about Uber Eats than customers that have already paid and waiting inside
It took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. I believe that they’re constantly understaffed because it usually takes a long time, so I don’t suggest eating here if you’re in a hurry. The food is good, but not that good.
Wow!! Ordered the Classic Double Turkey Burger and it was delicious and the large smash fry was absolutely amazing! This is my first time ordering and I am truly impressed
The staff was great and worked as fast as they could. The store could have been cleaner as it kinda had a mildew smell and the bathroom really was unkept & stinker. Not the staff fault as they were understaffed.
Staff was friendly enough, and tried to take our order in a reasonable amount of time. Every table was dirty and we walked around the restaurant for a minute trying to find one without grease and crumbs all over. The restaurant itself is falling apart and won't be returning to sit on deteriorating seats.
Best damn Burger I've had in a while, they taste like steak and shake used to be. Will definitely be back.
