Was excited to eat here since last meal was excellent in Washington DC. Disappointed in the burger preparation. Bacon cheese fries had unmelted and minimal cheese. Hot dog was overcooked and did not taste good. Not necessarily worth $51 for a family of 4
I was hyped for Shake Shack. I've heard it was the best hamburger place and that their shakes were amazing. I was finally able to try it and it was ok. The service was slow, team members were fine. The cashier asked for a tip. After taking my order of 2 $6 shakes and one $6.50 single patty cheeseburger. The restaurant was clean.Overall not worth the price or the hype. Burger-fi and even 5 guys were better in my opinion.
Shake Shack serves in my opinion the best fast food burgers. The beef patties are always very flavorful and fresh, and the crinkle cut fries are great too.I definitely need to swing by and try the Chicken Shack sandwich.If you like burgers, this place is a must try.

Friendly staff that were helpful explaining the menu to new customers. Food was great, milkshake was great. A little pricy for lunch so won't be a common stop but will be great every once in a while.
This place is incredible with problems left and right. Literally there is an issue with the order every time. Food is missing and yet again a simple two sandwich order came out with one sandwich. Finished with this location and highly recommend others do the same. The manager was kind enough to speak with me and refund but until the employees can be better - I’m going to personally go elsewhere.
Really enjoyed this place it was a new vibe for us while in Orlando. We were hunger and this spot was open late at the Millenia Mall. It had some great choices but they were out of a lot of things especially the Kiwi beverage that we wanted to try. The hibiscus beverage was lacking but we enjoyed the food. Recommend.
First time eating at a Shake Shack. Decent burger, a little thinner than expected & would have gotten a double. The peppers are pretty hot and with the spicy fry seasoning my mouth was on fire ? most of the time so I couldn’t really taste the food for all the spice. I’d eat here again but would definitely get plain fry’s and a double cheeseburger without the peppers!These were left over from 2 orders. Couldn’t eat them all because of the spice ?
