1stt time at a shake shack today. myself and the whole family enjoyed it. burgers are very good shakes are great and the mango drink I had was outstanding. family of four, cost $55, more expensive than fast food but not that much and definitely higher quality. will be back
As a business owner, I am disappointed in my experience here. Right when I walked in, one of the workers asked “are we open?” and another kept saying in a silly accent “would you like water”?. Very childish employees that shouldn’t be working that have little care. One of them decided to walk outside the restaurant and dance in front of the glass while I was waiting for my food to-go. To my next point, it took way to long for 2 burgers and one order of Fries. I guess it’s fine to eat fries out of the cooker, very unsanitary. Lastly, the 2 burgers I got were obviously not cooked well and very pink—straight to the trash. This location needs to have better management when it comes to selecting employees, quality control and overseeing employee behavior. If you are going to act childish and talk to customers that way, there are other people who seriously need a job to support their families. Glad I wasn’t an undercover boss making a surprise visit—because things would definitely change.
This place is great for food. However as an employee I have never had such a worst experience, management and coworkers are very childish. Also HR payroll distributes checks very late so if you thought you was getting paid two days earlier because you have chime or cash app, your sadly mistaken. This particular shake shack need to have a pop up investigation by the CEO. This is a terrible job also they don’t pay enough, the starting pay at this location is cheaper then any other shack shake in Orlando. If you consider working here here’s a heads up before hand, do not do it.
Burger was pretty good. Oreo-funnel shake was a meal in itself and very delicious. Fries were just decent, nothing special. Prices are fair for the quality and location.
My first time eating at Shake shack and I was disappointed. The Shack burger was pretty good but the chicken bites were soaked in grease. The fries were good but the cheese sauce is not recommended. The biggest disappointment was the chocolate milkshake. I was craving a milkshake and figured the restaurant is named after shakes so it has to be the best item they have but it was by far the worst milkshake I’ve had from any restaurant so far. I couldn’t even drink it so I drank water from the filtered water tap they have in the restaurant because I had already spent $50 on food that I could hardly eat and I was not going to spend a dime more on anything else. On a positive note the cashier was really friendly. Unfortunately I don’t see myself eating here again.
I ate a vegan burger and I loved it, the taste was great and the burger was delicious! I'll be back certainly!I didn't take a photo but I got one from the internet.
I haven't eaten at shake since before covid,I had a shack double burger it was not that great very greasy and over cooked. I don't know if it's because of the shortage on experience cooks, but I was very disappointed with the food.?
This restaurant is amazing the customer service from gabby made the organization friendly and welcoming. She gave great suggestions about the menu and her amazing options. She is amazing ? and the food was amazing and worth the peice.
