The owner who is also the cashier always has a bad attitude now and if he doesn’t understand you he gets angry at you and starts mumbling in his language. He’s an angry asian with lack of customer service skills. I did not even get the right size drinks. I used to love this place but I’m not spending my money here anymore. I’m going to look for a new place to buy boba tea. This is the 3rd time & I told him to his face his attitude is unnecessary. If you want to give your money away to an angry Asian, this is the place ✌?
Wow. Shaka Shaka is amazing. I am hooked on the Coconut Milk Tea Extra Large with Boba. Also its chilly twin the smoothie!! I always order them both at the same time. Shaka seals the tops so no spills!! Perfect for in cars, for kids or just anyone. Shaka straws are a must and designed perfectly for the Shaka treats.
Passion fruit juice it always taste refreshing we come here very often though today juice was a bit watery they are usually very tasty ??
I got the oolong milk tea, it’s very flavorful and robust! Don’t overlook this flavor. Also, the handwriting on the drink is very cool.
Echoing the other negative reviews 100%, cashier/owner provided awful service, gave me the wrong drink and when I mentioned that wasn't what I'd asked for he just repeated "matcha" at me twice and then just stared at me. Both our drinks were super watery and tasted pretty bad too, on top of it.Just go to Chewy or any other good boba spot in town.
Decent Boba Tora Tea, awful service from who I assume to be the owner? The owner was not receptive to help, suggestions, advice with it being our first time. Seemed bothered by it like suggested in other reviews. My husband and I ended up sharing one drink since we were unsure what to order, then ended up driving to Neo to get drinks and help.
I have been to this location twice and both times the smoothies with boba have tasted very good. The only think that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the service because both times I’ve been the man behind the counter has a bad attitude and when you ask a question he seems annoyed. I recommend getting the coconut strawberry smoothie with boba. Also, make sure you ask for the specific size you want because sometimes they don’t ask and charge you for a big one.
Awesome tea drinks, reasonable prices and fast service. All our drinks tasted incredible. We had the Mousse Coffee, perfect for iced coffee lover. Thai Milk Tea, and a Black tea arealso excellent.
love love love this place no lie I come here atleast 4 times a week with my boyfriend so we are pretty regular customers he always gets coconut milk tea and I get Thai milk tea and literally we are hooked! Stuffs addicting you definitely gotta try it out and staff are super friendly and inside always has the best of vibes
