We love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The donuts are so good. Not too sweet and a good variety of flavors. Salted caramel donuts sound like they would be super sweet but it wasn't. I can't get enough of these.
Clean and welcoming ☺️ amazing customer service and incredible quality- the donuts are beautiful but so delicious. A little pricey but worth the cost when you try them. Can't wait to come back and get more.
The amount of happiness I see on people's faces when I drop these off at the offices I go to, everybody loves Shaka donuts. Not pictured is the cronut that I ate as soon as I got in the car. Everything is so good there.
So, funny story. I came here because of a comment that was made on the next door app. Someone said something false about Shaka and the owner stood up for his business in a witty yet tactful way. I thought it was funny and decided to come support the local business. First impressions were clean facility, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I personally don’t eat donuts but I picked up a dozen for my vet’s office- they were so happy and I could hear someone from the back squeal “SHAKA DONUTS ARE THE BEST!” So I think the reputation speaks for itself. I definitely be back to try the ice cream!
Been to Shaka 3 times now, first time was very impressed but the last couple I’ve noticed the icing has been pretty weak. The photos in older reviews show a lot more, and I prefer a doughnut with more icing personally.The pastry itself is one of the best I’ve had, just wish there was more icing. If I’m spending $20 on a half dozen doughnuts I’m looking for that ratio to be perfect and it’s been a miss for me recently.The place is very clean, staff are have always been very friendly.
The best donut shop in the city just reopened with a new ice cream shop attached! I love this place and have missed it so much during their renovations. Shaka blows all of your favorite donuts out of the water. It is a MUST try!
Local shop owned by a local family. Great story and the food is great. Their shaved ice is delicious too. Great for kids.
If you have not tried a breakfast sandwich on a glazed donut, you don't know what you are missing!! And if you are into donuts in general, get yourself over here!! What a crazy but tasteful selection! Make sure you try the delicious coffee!!
