I recently went to Se7enbites for a meal with my daughter. I am writing this review because I was stunned by a customer service policy and resulting decision made by staff and management team. The decision was made more stunning as I subsequently learned your motto is “Baked Fresh. With Love.” We ordered two meals including bottled water for my daughter. When we started eating at one of their tables within the restaurant a fly flew into my daughter’s water bottle, which was still over 75% full. Obviously, drinking that water in that bottle was no longer an option. We brought the bottle with the fly in it up to the staff at the drink station and asked for a replacement. After a lengthy period of time a server came to our table empty handed and told us they would not replace the bottle of water, quoting “policy” of which was to not replace the bottle in such a circumstance. The reasoning given by the server was “the fly was not in the bottle when we served it” and “we did not put the fly in it”. Both my daughter and I were rather shocked at our treatment. Other customers around us also seemed quite stunned at what was transpiring. After discussions with the server on the matter we asked for a manager. After an extended period of time a manager came out and then was indifferent with us, stating the same policy and reiterating the fact that “they” did not put the fly in the bottle, and it was their policy to not replace it. I am overlooking the actions and dialog of the server as I am confident they had no control to properly resolve the situation. I do hold the manager fully accountable as they represent the decision-making of the restaurant. It seems either management staff does not truly understand customer service or restaurant’s policies' basically state through your actions action that 1. Se7enbites customers cannot be trusted and / or 2. Se7enbites is not responsible for keeping its restaurant insect free and /or 3. Se7enbites ownership doesn’t believe in customer service or satisfaction, and thus customer retention I was not taken aback about the incident itself. Life happens. Many of us were taken aback at that moment by what your manager stated was “policy” with respect to not being responsible for insects in drinks of which results in customers needing to purchase a replacement. For something as simple as a bottle of water that manager at that moment chose to alienate a first-time customer who is a new neighbor in the area. Both me and my daughter cannot go back to this establishment.

The food is always amazing. Despite the long line to enter the building, they’re able to serve their customers relatively quickly. The staff are always available to assist — sometimes a bit too eager, but they mean well. It would be an even better experience if they turned the music down a click or two. But it’s a 5/5 experience regardless.

We found ourselves in the area today and after a brief yelp search, this came up. we had NO idea what the heck it was, but saw it had good reviews. Not that this provides any true guidance for me, but we figured what the heck. You can look at it two different ways, we got into the parking lot and noticed a line, waiting to get inside. People are waiting...could be good or people are waiting, ...do I really want to do this? For me, it was WORTH THE WAIT! There are not a ton of options, but what options there are, are pretty darn good! My wife mentioned that this was the best chicken sandwich she has ever had. That's pretty high praise. I thoroughly enjoyed my "hail caesar" wrap as well. The dressing was not overpowering, but complimented the chicken and the croutons are made there and were excellent without being too hard. Not to mention the desserts. I bought about 10 desserts to take home and try. So, far everything has been amazing!

We went there at a good time so it was not too packed at around 10 am. The food was great. I ordered the 7th trimester and it was delicious. The biscuit was a little dry but everything combined was a masterpiece. My boyfriend ordered the mini pearl, that was not as good but only because it is not in our taste pallet. It was sweet and spicy, it was great just not my cup of tea. I know others would love it. I saw the owner there and the service was great. The coffee could definitely be better but overall I had a great experience and the food was great.

Absolutely Amazing!! From the moment we walked up we were greeted and given the rundown of the menu. The cashier was friendly, very helpful and knowledge about the menu while assisting us to make our final food decisions. We choose the Signature Chicken Biscuit and the Minnie Pearl. The food came out shortly after we sat down... Everything looked and smelled delicious ?. The flavors and tastes they have melded together are INCREDIBLE!!!Needless to say... This is the, BEST BREAKFAST IN ORLANDO, NO CONTEST!!!! MUST TRY!!

Absolutely delicious spot for lunch and brunch. Guy Fieri’s show sent me here and it did not disappoint! Everything is house made and comes out fast and fresh. The customer service is phenomenal. They also provide a ton of options to folks with allergies. Can’t recommend this place enough!

What a fantastic restaurant and meal! Five stars!

It’s worth the wait!! Good food and staff!!

Good collection of cakes & bakeries. Also, they do serve breakfast.

This was a really cool little spot! Our family tried it after searching for best chicken and waffles near Orlando, and it didn’t disappoint! The chicken and waffle sandwich with buffalo honey was to die for and the grits were great too! A couple folks also got the Mac and cheese with bacon and potato chip crumbled on top- and that was really good. Staff checked on us regularly which we weren’t expecting after ordering at the counter- plus all the staff were super friendly- it made for a really nice experience! Thanks guys- we’ll be back next time we’re in the area!!
