We came to this location a Friday night for the first time and I was impressed. EVERYTHING from the service to the food was great. We first called to check if there was a wait time since everything else we checked had an hour to two hour wait and at that point there was no way time when I called. When we got to the restaurant we only waited maybe five minutes before we were sat down. Our server was very professional and friendly and recommended some dishes. She was very fast and efficient. Are food came in hot, the steak was tender and juicy and all of the steaks ordered were cooked to the term requested. Absolutely delicious will definitely be back. Also, the prices aren’t terribly expensive either. I would say compared to longhorn or similar is about $5-10 more per plate but the quality is worth it.
Overall, fantastic experience. Our reservation was taken on time which is most appreciated. Our server, Kyle, was knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. The food options were all on point and we were not disappointed. The fried mushroom appetizer was crispy and tasty. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the salads were amazing, highly recommend the spicy chx tortilla soup, and make sure you save room for dessert.
Amazing service, friendly atmosphere, great food
First time here! Our waiter was excellent!! Only issue we had was our reservation was for 7pm and we actually arrived 45 min early. We checked in and they stated due to how busy the waitstaff was, weâd have to wait till our reservation time (a waitress who was bored said the âhostâ does this for an unknown reason and said sheâd love to take on a few more tables). So when 7pm came around, and the restaurant not busy at all, we still werenât ready to be seated. I finally asked at 7:10 what time our table would be ready and I was told when the rest of my party arrivedâ¦â¦we had all been there already and he said he was told a table for 7â¦â¦was always 4 people and I had never changed it. Definitely a lack of friendliness and customer service IMO. Otherwise, GREAT visit
Unbelievable experience in Saltgrass. Alvin was our server& he was the best server weâve ever had. Food was outstanding, quick service& an overall really enjoyable time.
Nothing over the top. Average food, but a bit pricey for the portion size.
My order was the sirloin steak with grilled shrimp-Steak well done. When it arrived at the table it was Med Well, it was sent back. The waiter stated he wasn't comfortable bringing the food back, so the manager delivered my food the second time. The steak and shrimp were burnt. That's why it took so long to get the food back. My guess had already eaten his food before I received mine. My guess and the manager had a discussion and the food was recooked at no charge. It didn't look at it until I got to the hotel and it was still burn-Steak and shrimp. We were visiting Florida for the Father's Day weekend. Reservations were made for this night...
Even though we had a reservation we still waited almost 30 minutes to be sat. The food was okay, but definitely overpriced. For the standard flavor I could get a better deal at Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn.

The filet was incredible! Itâs a bit pricey-adding on mushrooms was $7-but it was absolutely delicious! We had a large party of 9 and our waitress was a rock star! Great, relaxing atmosphere and the friendliest staff! The gentleman who prepared our food came out to make sure he cooked it to our liking. Excellent choice for a family friendly, casual, relaxed dinner
