Our waitress, Brie, was very personable and super sweet. And service was fantastic by all.
We love Saltgrass. I always get the ribs, and Hubby always gets the country fried steak. The food is consistently delicious. Our one minor gripe from last night was about a 15 minute wait after our reservation time of 7pm. Weâve never had a wait before when weâve made a reservation so Iâm not sure what happened there. Overall though we highly recommend Saltgrass.

The steak was delicious. Our waitress was amazing. They were out of a couple of items but a lot of restaurants are these days.
After a long two days of Disney, Saltgrass was a FABULOUS respite from the parks. Our waiter Elijah was awesome, and made us feel right at home in our first time at Saltgrass. Everything was cooked perfectly, our drinks were delicious, and great value as well! 10/10! Highly recommended!
Absolutely the best steaks and customer service
I've been to Saltgrass many times. However, it was my first visit to one in Florida, my first visit in 10 years, and the first visit for my wife and daughters. We had a reservation, yet it took about 20 minutes to get seated. It also took quite a while for someone to come to our table. Eventually, I went and. asked who our server was. The person I asked, Elijah, ended up being told to cover our table. In defense of the staff, they seemed severely understaffed. (as is often the case since COVID). In any case, Elijah was phenomenal. He was as attentive, as he could possibly be, given his workload. He was also very friendly and personable. The food was every bit as good as I remembered. Everyone loved their selection. My go-to bone-in ribeye was delectable.
