First time back to this location after almost ten years. Happily surprised at the quality of the food and the service. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.
The crab bisque and lobster mac n cheese were bland and somewhat odd tasting (particularly the soup). The steak was good but for med-well done there was a lot of pink in the center.
Best steak ever - cowboy ribeye
The hostess and bartender were phenomenal but it went downhill from there. Our server switched after five minutes in and we did not get service thereafter. We did not get some of our food, never got refills on water, bread, as well as poor attitude. We eat at Ruthâs Chris all over the US and I have never had this type of experience. Training is a must.
Always a special occasion.
Server wasnât very attentive, compared to other steak houses in the area it was a nice experience. Calamari a bit too smothered and sauce, causing a chewiness more than a crisp. The server was kind to take it off the bill but the lack of prompt refills and time it took to get the bill, boxes, and checked out; was a bit taxed. Overall was a âgoodâ dinner experience, but would prefer Flemings if looking for an amazing experience
We usually have a great experience when dining at Ruth Chris but last night was very disappointing. It took 15 minutes to get our first drink. When our food arrived I had asked for no seasoning on my shrimp but it was coated. Our server said to try it and she would be back and if I didnât like it she would get me new shrimp, she never returned to check on on how our food was. We ordered 2 other drinks and once again the wait was over 15 minutes. The food (besides the shrimp) was good but the service put a sour taste in my mouth
The Appetizers were fantastic. Ahi Tuna and spicy shrimp were delicious also the steaks with lobster . We had a great time celebrating my friendâs birthday. William gave us a top service. We will going back soon.
