Have always wanted to try Rolled Ice Cream. And mad I didn't try it sooner! We have 2 rolled and 1 scooped ice cream. The rolled ines were Red Velvet with Cheesecake Bites, and Cookies and Cream with M&M's. Scooped for the little one was Vanilla with Rainbow sprinkles. The rolled ice creams tasted amazing and it was awesome so see them roll the ice cream in front of you. Staffing were a delight and really polite. Really great experience and high recommend.
So my daughter came across this place and we came from Kissimmee just to try it out … I order white chocolate with bananas inside and cookie dough on the outside …. My daughter got strawberry ice cream and gummy bears and fruit loops…. My mom got chocolate ice cream with bananas.. I must say it was the best ice cream I have had and the neat thing is 98% of there ice cream is made in-house . The process of the ice cream being rolled up is so amazing especially watching how it transforms . The is experience is exceptional for friends and family to enjoy. The hardest part is deciding what you want ! However the owner Luis was amazing and the nicest man/owner I have ever met.. The customer service was beyond exceptional by him and his employees!!! We are definitely coming back to visit to enjoy another one of the endless flavors to choose from… they also have other ice cream, milkshakes, and other items to try .. It is so worth the drive …
Yesterday evening was the first time w came to Rolled Ice cream, a co worker of ours had mentioned it a while back, I’m gonna have to say as we walked in we seen a sign that said ORDER HERE on the computers looked a lil confusing but RIGHT away the people working here came up and said can I help you may come to the counter to order, He took his time and explained everything I really appreciated that! I remember he was a young Hispanic guy and then the other one was Noah and a young lady! Super nice all 3 of them!!! Thank you, at the end I ordered the rolled ice cream coconut almonds on top we also ordered a mango one and Oreo one Delicious!! We will be back! Even tho it’s a lil drive from where we live it’s well worth the drive,
Drove from Kissimmee to try Rolled Ice Cream AWESOME CHOICE!! The owner greeted everyone & explained the whole concept of the rolled Ice Cream, the employees give exceptional customer service Definitely a go to place you won't be disappointed!! My granddaughter asked me out of a 10 what would I give it & I said 10 for awesome ice cream 10 for Awesome customer service!??
This place is the perfect spot to fulfill your cravings! They're rolled ice cream is sweet, creamy, rich, and delicious. The staff and owner are friendly and down to earth. It's a great place for a date night. The owner highly recommended their almond joy rolled ice cream as his personal favorite but all their favors are terrific! If you wanna get great rolled or scooped ice cream, smoothies or late night snacks while supporting a mom and pop shop this is the place go!! ?
I usually don’t write reviews but I believe when someone or someplace deserves one, well… Loved this place from the variety or flavors to the service renders by the staff ( very friendly and professional) I had banana pudding and OMG!!! the texture and taste was amazing I want to thank the owners Louis and Marcelo for helping me with my selection. Will be back with my family and friends soon
The moment we walked in we thought “Wow, this is great!” The customer service was outstanding… from the welcome, to explaining the menu, to ordering, to the display of making your very own roller ice cream! Everyone was so very friendly which made the experience even better!! The decor was great and welcoming to take pictures to remember. It was vibrant and esthetically pleasing and just a wonderful experience! We will visit every time we visit the area….. Hi from Maine!
This place is great! Louis was super engaging and fun to chat with while our ice cream was being made (rolled?). He takes a lot of pride in all these options and with good reason! The mint chocolate rolled ice cream was the best I’ve had on this coast and the staff were super fun to interact with.We were also given a sweet treat in the Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie and Louis was right - that one was delicious as well. ?
Came from Ocala for the second time with family just to enjoy some delicious desert! I had the red velvet and I strongly recommend it! Not only is the ice cream great but it’s a family owned business that their passion and love shows in every corner! The owner Louis came and thanked us for the business himself! Great service, great food, great atmosphere! 10/10 recommend!!
Great ice cream. Loved the experience of watching the staff roll the ice cream. My daughter said it is super cool and delicious! Lots of flavors and unique toppings! We had a great ice cream experience ?
