We stopped at this place at random and it was ok. They have a good variety but were out of a couple things (not a big deal). The place was quiet (slightly awkward for an ice cream place). It was pretty clean overall. The service was ok but the guy didn’t seem very happy to be there. There was a random freezer (not being used) in the corner of the seating area. It’s not a huge place so it was quite noticeable.
We were curious about the ice cream here since there are so many options around but we are so glad we came! Nice service as well, flavors are so yum! We had the mango flavor blendini and the cherry/watermelon cotton candy Gelati ???
Went on my last vacation to Florida! All I can say is "wow". An amazing experience. Wonderful customer service. It left a smile on my whole family's face. I can't wait to visit again!
We were on vacation visiting from Minnesota and had previously seen Rita's on Undercover Boss and had to try it out. Best customer service ever from Pastiche!! She worked so patiently with another employee Kam. It was a pleasure talking with them both and finding out a little more about them. I can't say enough praises. The Italian ice and custard was very tasty!!
Such an amazing experience! I went here with two of my friends, a few weeks ago, and there was a Leader training a new employee. I cannot begin to explain what great leadership skills we witnessed! This woman was so kind and so positive with her new employee that it made our hearts melt. Both employees were exemplary! This is what superb customer service and kindness looks like. It was honestly so wholesome. We left with smiles on our face and delicious Italian Ices and Custard. Thank you to the employees who work here and the kindness they bring to the world!
Wow, we visited twice on our visit to orlando. The staff working on 3/21/22 @ 730pm.....was awesome! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They deserve much praise!! Having a nut allergy kid , it was so nice to have a safe place to eat. The custards and gelati was so good! We will definitely come back!!!
A great place to stop for some ice cream to finish off your day. Opted for the Gelati with Italian Ice and Custard blended together. Makes for an all-time favorite. There are many flavors to choose from, so you can keep simple with strawberry Italian Ice mixed with vanilla custard or come up with your own unique concoction. Either way you won't leave disappointed. There are not a lot of seats inside, but there are benches outside along with shopping area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to any ice cream lovers in the area and will go back again very soon!

We're from the Philadelphia area and love visiting Rita's. They all serve a consistent product. Service is always at least good. This place didn't stand out, but was good.
