I very much enjoyed some wine and bruschetta here during happy hour with a friend. The bartender was very attentive and friendly - actually all the patrons sitting around the bar were friendly & I got the impression the bartender had a lot to do with that.The pizza smelled incredible, so I'll try that out next time. I look forward to returning.
Second time ordering takeout with issues. I showed up at the time we were told our pizza would be ready. I had to sit and wait an hour for the pizza to come out. Not once did anyone offer a drink or anything while I waited.According to the staff they had large groups come in and had prioritized their orders. Except those folks already had their pizza when we got there, so it should not have taken an additional hour. Also, if it's an hour behind, how about calling people to tell them versus waiting for them to come in.We were only offered a dessert for the extra hour of waiting. Instead, we asked for a large Greek salad... However they gave us a small salad. When questioned I was told they wouldn't be able to do that. I let them know that wasn't acceptable and finally got a large salad. At that point the guy working in the kitchen walked out and quit.To make matters worse the pizza was undercooked and not good.Look, we know things can happen and there are staffing issues but better expectations and customer service could have been given and when people are waiting an hour and the only make-good you offer is a cannoli, that's not acceptable.
This was my second time eating there. I had lunch for the first time a few days ago and I liked the food, so I invited my friend out for dinner tonight to give it a try as well. Ordered garlic bread and 2 shrimp scampis between the two of us. The food was great, but we couldn’t finish it all. I asked for to go boxes and a marinara sauce for the remaining garlic bread. My bill was over 70.00 for garlic bread, 2 pastas and a few beers and they had the nerve to try and charge me 2.00 for the marinara sauce to go with my leftover bread. It’s not about the 2.00, but the principle of things. I spent a good amount of money and you want to “nickel and dime” for small things. The food is great, but I won’t be back
I love this place!! The most delicious pizzas in the area ? and the brownie with ice cream is the perfect dessert, every time I go there I always ask for it
This was the best pizza I've enjoyed in a long while. Humongous slices!!! I was able to cut one slice into 3 servings. Cheese, cheese and more cheese. I mean real cheese!! The type of cheese lactose intolerant people should not partake. I was visiting from North Florida so It was a delight to discover such a gem and share with my family when I arrived home. So everyone at home could experience what real pizza should tastes like. Don't miss out!! Go enjoy a REAL SLICE filled with crispy peppers and gooey cheese. And the sauce was a delight, as well. There's a crust on top side as well as the bottom of the slice. It will surely put a smile on your face and a warmth to your tummy. I had no idea restaurant pizza still have such fresh ingredients. Next time I'll be taking home an entire pizza with all the fixings. I can't wait to come back and visit this pizza palace next time a come through Orlando.
Ragazzi's always has great pizza and a welcoming staff. I never have to wait too long either, even on Friday/Saturday nights. Really recommend their bianca or margarita pizzas.
This place is awesome! Everyone is really friendly and the service has always been great!I could probably eat here everyday with the great menu they have!I highly recommend this place
The only reason that I'm putting 5 stars right now is because of the wonderful young lady named Nicole that greeted me at the door and assisted my husband over the phone politely and patiently when we had a discrepancy...however the other young lady of mixed race was not so pleasant very short and have a bit of an attitude but thankfully for ms Nicole my experience was great and simple. Thank you
Was sent by a coworker... The wings are excellent! The garlic parmesan flavor is GARLIC...not subtle at all...just the way I wanted it. Excellent. Had the hot Sicilian sub also excellent. Tasty meat with excellent cheese and tomato. The place was basically the empty and the staff was great. Would love to go back when it's full. Very good spot.
Pizza was good but salty. Could have been cooked longer. Great waiter. Acoustics sound like a sold-out school gymnasium. Please put the sound absorption panels back!
