Our go to place for fried chicken. Unfortunatly last time around I experienced the box of food drop into a puddle of water on the floor, proceeded by let's pick it up and put it back in the bag, and then placed on a mildly wet counter. I didn't say anything but the lack of judgment here makes me wonder how gross it is behind the scenes.
This has to be the most disgusting place ever. The prepare your food with NO MASK AND NO GLOVES. NO ONE IN THE KITCHEN WORE GLOVES OR MASK. Yet they catch an attitude when a customer want proper service. This is a health hazard and it’s putting customers at Risk when no one is taking proper precautions while preparing food. I’m looking at the kitchen employees handling the food with no gloves. I’d never come to this place again. Will be contacting corporate
There was a nice kid working behind the counter & very honest. Unable to get his name but he actually went above & beyond and even took the trip to give me my food at my table when he didn't need to!!But... I'm not giving 5 stars ONLY because the drive through was a completely different experience. The person who did the drive-through orders had no life & seemed like he didn't care about his job..Side Note: You may notice alot of baby ducks walking around behind the restaurant. It's a nice sight.
Second time we've tried to eat here inside and the service is extremely slow. We ordered two dinners both with red beans and rice we got one red beans and rice and one french fry. Did not want to get in line to take it back so just kept it that way. Probably won't go to this location again as we feel management is bad because of slow slow service. Last time we were here people left without ordering because they waited so long. Like the food but the prices are high.
Ordered through the mobile app, when I walked in the door my order was just being called for me to pick it up. Got it home and the chicken was spicy, the fries were hot and the mashed potatoes and gravy was perfect.Thanks you for a great experience!
If I could leave no stars I would. They seriously need to update their hours online. I waited in their drive-through line for over 30 minutes in. At 10:01 pm, they shut off their lights and told everyone that they are closed. My issue is, they knew that they knew prior to them closing that they were not going to get to the ten cars that were waiting extensively in drive through. We were all there because according to online, we were under the impression that they closed at 11pm. I will not be returning! The level of disrespect and neglect is out of this world. Very disappointing because I love popeyes food! They have to do better!
Just left this Popeyes location and spent over $60.00 in food. I was not given a receipt. I was shorted 4 pieces of chicken, and 1 large side.The lady taking the order through the drive thru was a very rude person, who was also an idiot.I called the store to complain about not receiving my complete order, and the phone just rang and rang. Finally when they picked up the phone, they did not answer it , they just say it to the side. I could hear noise on the background but no one would answer.This Popeyes location sucks. Just like all of their other locations.The owner should just kill himself.
Bad service they took a long time to order my food . I was standing infront of the cashiers and they didnt acknowledge me. They messed up customers orders and had us waiting in line for more then 7 minutes .
This place is SUPER slow. They kept the lobby closed to avoid dealing with customers in the lobby until two folks started banging on the door. There's no reason why anyone needs to wait 10+ minutes for food that was ordered via the app 20 minutes ago. Do better.
T.A . A pretty disappointing Chicken Sandwich, not bad by any means but not as good as I expected. Despite the sandwich being disappointing- the bun was perfect.I also got 2 ps Chicken which actually was awesome: flavorful, crispy and felt fresh out of the fryer.
