The taste and texture of the chicken was great. The Mac and cheese was good. The biscuits and bean/with rice were also very good.The manager talked real slimmyto her crew. Therefore, everyone had attitudes. One young lady cursed like she was a sailor. Other were trying to make it to shift end. The cook was swamped, but he made it do what it do. I tip my hat to him.One young lady pulled a trash can up to the register area and left it. Did not wash her hands and went back to handling food. Another swept the floor and did the same.Does the water work in there?No hair nets, no caps or any type of hair cover. That fake stuff was everywhere.In the dining room, trash cans had been emptied. The trash was left sitting in the walkway in front of the exit door.Our order of 12 pieces of chicken,6 biscuits and two sides took 42 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will never go back inside of that Popeyes,nor any other. Service left a bad taste in my mouth.Regards Kevin C. Kelliebrew
This restaurant is never really very clean. The only reason I go is because I like Popeyes Fried chicken. They recently brought back their Cajun Rice for a limited time so that is why I went on this particular day. I also feel like the spicy chicken is not as spicy as it used to be, although it is almost always hot and fresh, which is good. The biscuits were good, as usual.

The young lady at the window was extremely pleasant and helpful, the food quality was totally unacceptable.. the chicken was dry, it smelled funny and the red beans and rice had a ring around the bowl as though it was prepared long before I arrived... smh. Totally disappointed.
We were reluctant to go to this location, because TIME AND AGAIN, they simply run out of the items Popeye's says they should have. This time, they simply got the order wrong, giving us the wrong shrimp item, and missing a side of fries. Bad enough we're paying over $30 bucks for an order, it's just chintzy or lack of attention to short-sheet customers like that.No need to post the usual apology. We won't be back.
Service was decent. The spicy chicken sandwich(the one everyone raves about) is still good. The price is higher but so is everything. Best time to go is after 1:30 if you want to dine in.

If i ever recieved my food i probably wouldve gave a good review but after being told to park and wait. Waited for 30 minutes to then have the same person who took my order come out and ask me what i was waiting on and then still on top of that give me a incomplete order and no receipt. Popeyes politely robbed me of 14 dollars. ??
I've eaten at a lot if Popeyes over the years and in multiple states. I've also eaten at several competitors in numerous states. Thus is, by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST Popeyes I've ever eaten at, and one of the top 5 overall. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and fried. It's as close to broasted chicken as fried chicken can get. Super crispy on the outside, buy not burned or overdone, and amazingly juicy inside. YOU GUYS HAVE GOT IT GOING ON.Corporate: pay attention to this restaurant and make them the standard for your other stores to emulate.
I don't think that the store manager should be yelling at her workers in front of customers if she's got something to say to them to discipline them she needs to take them into the back and not do that in front of customers. Chicken was too dry. All in all, not a good experience won't be back to that Popeyes.
