Chicken was amazing and the meal was very cheap but the service was slow despite not many customers being in the store. Could see the chicken piled up on the hot plates but not being given out. Might be a staffing issue and not enough employees bagging up the product. 30 minute wait at a fast food restaurant is a joke!

Haven't had Popeyes in a while and biscuits were calling my name! Very clean location with extremely fast service and pleasant staff! ? Keep up the good work because Popeyes chicken is a necessity for survival!
TERRIBLE! Popeyes corporation should be embarrassed to have this store as a chain. I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and when it was my time to order they played a “we’re closed,” recording…Learn how to run an actual business, there should have been someone dictating who the last in line should have been and helped them accordingly. Why is a drive thru line with 6-8 people in front of me taking that long? Terrible experience and all they do is play a recording and it’s no longer their problem. Such a joke. Management should be embarrassed too because I saw a manager look at my car and they looked away. Corporate will be receiving an email as well about this :)I would love to give 0 stars but that isn’t an option.
I'm a regular at this Popeyes location and food is good. My last order, I ordered 2 family deals. I chose 2 large coleslaws but we had to threw them away. they were slimy and had a bad smell. I bet they were old or the Mayo was bad or the cooling temperature was not right. We were very upset. Could not go back and complaint because we live about 1/2 an hour away. Management needs to check on the quality of food they serve their customers. And i wish they also have an option to replace the biscuits. I always request the team not to include them in my order because they end up in trash.
The food was freshly prepared and delicious.The service was very slow..it took almost 30 minutes from entering the store, placing and receiving order. Cars were lined up in the drive up..many leaving.I understand the shortage of staff and hoping for the sake of the business and the overwhelmed and overworked employees there will be a solution for better customer service.
We are from the UK are first time at popeyes chicken great customer service with a wide chose of different style of chicken flavour,My only hick up was fears still on my chicken and everything taste home made.
Excellent service. Food was great, as always. Apple pie is the best! McDs used to make them that way, but they changed it up. So glad Popeye's knows what works. If it ain't broke don't fix it...lol Loving that chicken from Popeye's! ?
Tried the new Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it was good, but i still prefer the original. It was more crispy, yet juicy chicken. Couldn't dine-in at this location, but drive through was busy. Staff was friendly and food was hot!
Usually I’ve had a good experience here however on April 25, 2022. This occasion is different. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with just 3 cars in front of me. They were out of unsweet tea so they were completely unprepared to service their customers. Downgraded to 2 stars after they once again are out of unsweetened tea on May 3rd. This time I ordered via Doordash where unsweetened tea was an option.
