Food was warm not hot. Overcooked chicken. This was the second time just recently. I normally don’t post but this is horrible that I pay all this money for something that I can’t eat. Never go back to this location again.
drive through sucks. rude workers, asked for extra sauce and they were rude and only gave me 1 sauce and when I asked for more they were rude and only gave me 1 pack of honey and none of the other sauces I asked for.
I left this store about 20 minutes ago I had ordered 5pcs two can dine mild chicken with mash when I got home to my dismay the chicken was spicy. So I had to turn around and bring this mistake back upon arrival the front counter female ask what was the problem I advised her that the chicken I ordered was mild it said it on the ticket mile but what I received was spicy she told me I could keep the mash and I advised her no I wanted a hot one she snatched the bag and threw it in the trash so she proceeded to speak with the manager and the manager ask what was wrong with it she had a attitude so I explained to the manager what I wanted I’m not sure who the regional managers of this store but everybody in there has all attitude and it needs to be corrected
Fresh chicken and sides. Convenient location has been here all my life. Food always tastes good.

I'm not a fan of Popeyes but I liked their chicken sandwich better then Chick-fil-A and definitely way better then kfc and bigger then churches chicken and the mashed potatoes was delicious again better then other places, next time I'll get the family meal ??
Omg how much the service has changed. I ordered thru drive thru just now and Will is exceptional! Love his kind manner and sense of humor! Then to be checked out by the gm with a great sense of humor and great Aura. Good vibes guys. High five to who ever made the changes! Much better service!! God bless. Keep up the good work. Just wanted to take a moment and give a big shout-out to Chardo (General Manager) who's been outside all day in the heat taking orders and now in the pouring rain doing the same for the line of cars. He has a kind smile and was very upbeat. We were watching him interact with the cars ahead, and his encounters were all the same, jolly and mindful. Something happened to the menu board, but that didn't stop him from providing wonderful customer service. He is APPRECIATED, and so was the kind lady that cashed us out and gave us his name.
It saddens me that Michardo has been outside in treacherous weathers as the drive thru menu board has not been operating. He has been working diligently all while keeping a smile on his face and being polite to his customers. Very wonderful manager. He should most definitely be getting a raise for his sacrifice and hard work!
I went by this location (50 and Kirkman/Pine Hills Rd) and it was pouring down rain, I almost turned away when I saw the signboard had been run over, or something, it was on the ground. Then I noticed there was a human under the awning with a menu so I stayed. When it was my turn I rolled down my window I was greeted with such a warm happy smile, dude is hiding under an umbrella going car to car and still manages to be one of the most pleasant people I encountered that day! He literally waited for me to roll my window up before leaving with the umbrella...who does that?\\nI get to the window and I tell the lady what a great guy she's got on her team (I assumed she was the manager cause her shirt was different) turns out the guy in the rain is the General Manager! I was floored ❤️ that is servant leadership at its best!\\nI hope this corporation knows what an amazing team they have in Pine Hills. I gave up on the Ocoee location awhile ago, the food there is never fresh and the employees act like you're bothering them, but your Pine Hills guys, they've got it figured out!
