A very good place to go! First and foremost the people who work there are super chill. Second of all the food, there is really really good, those biscuits tasted twice as better as they looked and they looked AMAZING.Definitely Going Back There Again.
Chicken was black like it was rotten. I’m so happy I did not eat it. Never again. Popeyes is always a hit n miss. This is very scary.
I have ordered from this place through Uber Eats multiple times. The last 3 times my order has been incorrect. My receipt clearly states that I wanted two boxes of spicy chicken with a breast and a wing. They gave me mild chicken with a thigh and a leg. They also stopped giving straws and napkins.Can you get these people to READ the orders? They also don't answer the phone.
Service was good but the chicken sandwich was soggy and not very tasty. Other items were fine.
The food was great but I was disappointed that my red beans were not included with the rice as I had ordered and paid for. I questioned the deli -very person , by text, as soon as I opened the bag and realized that my beans were missing. The delivery person did not respond.
Popeyes is one of the most consistent fried chicken franchises. This location has been my go to location for Popeyes. My recent order was a little disappointing because a couple of the wings still had feathers when it was bathered and fried. Im sure, it was an anomaly, but I hope the staff pays attention when prepping the chicken.
I just want to say I live in the area and Popeyes always been good to me. KFC right across the street The employees at night have attitude problems. I don't work for either one I'm just a customer in the neighborhood.
I don’t understand how MCDS and Chikfila opened two drive thru lanes and popeyes still has lines wrapped around the building. We all know the customer service here will never be great, but these lines are outrageous.I put 2 stars for the food. But honestly almost every popeyes I’ve gone to has workers who TALK over you, have a bad attitude, or just hate working here.Maybe if popeyes paid their workers more - they’d be happier to serve people? Either way it’s not the customers fault for your misery
Would have gotten 4 stars but they left off the Mac and Cheese ... so gotta hit em in the jugular with the 3 star review ???♂️ all seriousness they take forever and the drive thru is awkward off of a major intersection. I went thru the drive thru I witnessed the guy cooking chicken fumble a few pieces of chicken and they fell off the tray and on top of some appliances and it got threw in with the rest ??♂️? it wasn't mine so I kept it pushing but I should have known I karma was gonna get me and in the form of Mac and Cheese smh. The chicken was still good though.
I ordered an 8 piece chicken, which was suppose to be $18.99 before tax. When I got to the window, the gentleman told me $15 something. I was confused & thought I was paying for someone else's food. The lady rang me up for the 10 piece, which was a few dollars less than the 8 count. She's a keeper lol. I knocked a star off because they forgot my sauce and didn't put any napkins. Still happy though ☺️
