The only thing that I like is that I can pick up the food fast, but this place is horrible they never give me the sauces I request online when I tried to get the attention of anyone to give me the sauces they ALL ignore me until the very end a nice lady way in the back helped me but everyone in the front ignored me. Previously the people at the drive thru have been so rude. I had the churrasco bowl and I had 4 tiny strips of skirt steak and the up charged $2 for the skirt steak only to receive the smallest amount of meat I've ever had in a food place.
I placed an order for delivery through the app on 4/30. The order was canceled and I never received a refund. I tried to call the store the same day but no one ever answered. I found the customer service number online, called and spoke with a representative who took my information and said someone from the refund department would be calling me back. I waited a few days, still had not received a phone call so I called again. This was on 5/3. Spoke to another representative who said they saw my claim and would expedite the request for a refund. I still have not received the phone call or a refund.
I was very disappointed with the service I received from Linda. Today clearly was not her best day. There was nobody in line when I arrived and she walked passed me several times finishing all her task before acknowledging me. The two chefs in the back stared at me while I patiently waited. Eventually when Linda decided to take my order she had an attitude. The icing on the cake my food was salty and cold. I will not be coming back to this location!!
Went to dine-in, here's a quick summary1)Plenty dirty tables.2)After I ordered 2 bowls they were both done in less than a min and looked like they'd had been in a roller coaster.3)The 4 small pieces of crispy chicken tasted like salty rocks.Just take a look at the other reviews and save yourself from a bad experience.
This location is the worse!!!! It had been years since I had Pollo Tropical so I decided to stop by today. The drive- thru was closed off so went inside and did to go. 1st when I got home and took my food out my order was wrong. I asked for 1/4 chicken w/ veggie rice. Mojo pork w/ rice. 2nd Both orders were 1/4 DRIED UP CHICKEN !!! The rice in both orders was dry wasn’t fresh and the nerve to charge $15.58 for old dried up food. Never again !!!!!! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!
This was the worst most disgusting pollo tropical I have ever been to in my life. After messing up both orders, by giving us chicken and beef when we asked for their vegan chimichurrj chicken option we go inside to correct it & you can see that the kitchen is disgustingly dirty they cook a weird unseasoned vegan chicken patty & slap it onto my salad. We’re on a 3 hour drive & hadn’t eaten all day. Thanks a bunch.
The food's pretty decent and the service is good. I overheard this nice story from the counter about how one of the employees' grandmothers in Spain taught them how to cook rice, which was unexpectedly wholesome
The location was closed and we arrived at 6pm. The hours on the door showed open to 10pm. Please update your Google and physical location hours so people know when to take time and drive to your location. It is only professional of a business to at least post a sign on the door if you are having troubles especially if it happens quite frequently.
1) Dining facility doors were locked at 7pm on a Saturday night, so drive-thru only;2) Menu price doesn't mention that steak on a TropiChop costs an additional $2;3) Our orders, when we got home, had no black beans, so we went back;4) The restaurant was closed by 8:15pm, even though Google Maps says it is open until 10pm.
February 16th I visited this pollo tropical location and I was devastated with what I had to deal with. I ordered a pretty large order and after waiting 30+ minutes for it to be made I received the bag to go with none of the sauces I had ordered through the mobile app l, no drinks, no sides for my meals and a missing soup. After asking for the sauces I had ordered and paid for through the mobile app they didn’t allow the sauces I ordered after I paid for them because “we can give it out that many sauces” even though the order was placed through the app and paid for the extra sauces. Also after having to deal with all of that and not recovering the sauces they didn’t give me the drink nor sides I ordered either on the order. I’m very disappointed with this visit and they made me feel unsafe in the environment because of how the situations were handled.
