We’re truckers delivering at the big lots in the morning. We look around and read reviews, to see what we want to eat. These reviews weren’t too good, but we still decided to try this Pollo tropical! Our food was good! He ordered his regular tropic chop with brown rice boneless chicken red beans tomato onions and he enjoyed it.I got the avocado cilantro chicken salad and it was very good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We would come back again
Come on man. Ever since you changed the cookies all I've been getting is burned cookies. What was wrong with the prepackaged sugar cookies ? If it ain't broke don't fix it. The rude employees are gone. Cool. Love that for you guys but holy hell someone teach them how to make a cookie. I feel like I'd break my adult tooth, imagine if I actually gave this to a kid. It doesnt even break when i bang it against the table lol The new employees are very nice by the way so it's not like the customer service is lacking at all. 5 stars to them
Consistently good food throughout the years if you're looking for good Latino comfort food and a good grilled chicken. Love the Trio combos they have and the tostones with pork hit the spot. Hope they keep on being good with the quality.
We ordered online for take out for the first time ever with this chain. Be sure to check your order before you leave as we were missing all of the sauces we had added to our order and we were missing a whole cheesecake even though we were charged for it. The food tasted good and had a good flavor, but I’m not impressed enough to order with them again.
The service at this restaurant is laughably bad. First of all, I ordered online using their app as they suggested, only, I find my order was now skipped.The 4 people who orders behind me got their food first. Only after I asked for my order did the manager say that they have not made it yet and will take care of it.Then the food came out with the wrong side, then they forgot to add the sauces.Then they forgot to add the plantains on my friends vegan wrap.Th plantains we’re mushy and disgusting.There is no organization here and their practices are unsanitary. With cashiers switching to food service and then back to food service.I asked to speak with the manage three times and all three times she would not speak with me.Do me a favor and please never eat here. You won’t regret it.Please do me a favor and reach out for a refund. I feel sick for having to pay for this “food”.
I'm a big fan of Pollo Tropical and have enjoyed their food numerous times. Whether you are having a Tropichop, Cuban Sandwich or a chicken dinner with rice and beans there really aren't any wrong selections here. I've always had a 5-star experience accompanied by satiating food and reasonable prices.
We normally are really satisfied about this location, but this time!Totally horrible, we had a whole chicken, it was probably laying the whole day on the grill, we ordered extra potatoes wedges $4.39 totally dried out, didn’t even try to eat it, the pulled pork came in a little carton 125 grams at a price of $5.99, the black beans came in a bigger bowl, it was filled for 80% with juice, the 3 little buns were also dry.This is really the worst meal, I ever had, and it came with a price of : $32.34#10159
My husband order online and picked up the order and brought it home only to discover we did not get any beans with any of our meals, including missing both rice and beans for one meal. The next day I went in and spoke with the manager, Valeria, and explained to her what happened. She was very understanding and apologetic and was willing to do what it took to come to a resolution. I’m giving this 5 stars based solely on the fact that Valeria was willing to step up and take responsibility to find a resolution. She demonstrates exemplary customer service, has a great attitude and very professional.
Ordered curbside pickup and they straight up never brought food out. Drive thru was way backed up and lobby closed “due to staffing shortage.” So no way to get the food, nobody picked up the phone, no cancellation option on the app. Going to have to challenge charge with credit card company. Won’t be back to this location. Not the first issue here.
By far best pollo tropical in the Orlando area, professional, good food, good service, best management I’ve seen, will be coming back
