Nothing good to expect from this location especially when Ashanti lacks service and she knowing what she knows what she served us in my opinion this wasn't chiken but a dam fried squirrel. This location is new but the employees are as unprofessional as ever. I didn't even touch this chiken and it was probably sitting there longer than the amount it was supposed to be. Or the cooks lack training. Even the dog likes it more than me since it's just bones
Horrible customer service. I have been here MULTIPLE times because its the closest one to my house but I definitely will not be coming back. I always order a tropi chop with double crispy chicken and today suddenly they say they can’t do it. I say I’ve done it before at this location and they just say that they don’t do it. They say that they can give me double chicken on the side it but have to charge $7. I say okay because that’s what I want and they gave me a platter with the crispy chicken and guess what? they put double crispy chicken on my tropi chop anyways. the girl that was at the register couldn’t have had a worse attitude. She didn’t even acknowledge us saying thank you multiple times (to be nice because i was already over it). If they were gonna give me double chicken on the tropi chop anyways then they should’ve just not had an attitude about it.
Ordered on uber eats rice bowl, wrap and sandwich only the rice bowl turned up and the sauce and jalapeños were missing. Can't understand how you can get an order so wrong! Never order again, the bowl was just OK too, chicken was very dry. So disappointing.
Went last Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service! Good food. Cleaner than another older location. The manager was attentive and proactive. Something rarely seen these days. She even walked around asking how everything was or if anything was needed. This has become rare even in a full service restaurant. I wish I had asked her name. I hope things dont change here as time goes by.
This place is a joke. They were out of almost everything we asked for (even drinks!) hours before they closed. The woman at the register was incredibly rude to everyone (myself, my boyfriend, the people in front of us, the guy picking up a delivery order) she interacted with.When we finally got our food we had to ask multiple times for sauces and the bowl I order was missing half the ingredients (I'm assuming they didn't want to say they were out of that as well).What we did finally receive was super tasty, which is why I keep coming back to this godforsaken restaurant (but not this location, it's the worst of the worst).
They used to have good sauces and condiments available but not anymore - no possibility to tune up you meal anymore!
This location has the best people representing Pollo Tropical! The overall demeanor and professional way they act here is refreshing! Bernice is so good at greeting customers, you better keep her! Do whatever it takes because people like Bernice are incredibly hard to come by. The way she treated our family was on point! Great people like Bernice will keep us coming back and certifying the fact that we love Pollo Tropical eternally!
There is no point in ordering online with this store. Food is never ready. I place my order to pick up at 2:28 and it’s 3:08 and order is still not ready. This has happened to me more than 10 times . I have given this store many opportunities . I’ve been to different locations and this one is the worse of the worse. Needs better staff. There’s no reason why I waited 40 min is just not acceptable. There wasn’t even an apology made.

Even though she had that mask on. She welcome me in such a way I could feel the ? smile.another employee by the name Corey was pollo puffs.? He is very outgoing. Had also a smile wow I'm just so happy coming to this place. last but not least the manager Lashante was also smiling making you feel like home. Just experienced for the first time! Husband said Cuban was better than most he has tried. But he also said the chicken was better than the Cuban.
