Will never comeback here again. Been here about 5 times. 2 of which the food was good, but the staff are just unprofessional and very rude. One time they ran out of rice which limited the options to like 3 menu items. 2 times I have been here, there were closed early. Today we walked in at 7:45pm, right passed both lit up bright OPEN signs, a girl could barely be bothered to look up from her phone to tell us they're closed. They hours say they close at 9pm. Recommend taking your business down the street to Pollo Tropical or the new Miami Grille. Do not recommend this place and won't be back.
Delicious, Authentic, Better than traditional fast food.Happy we decided to come here for dinner.Great ?? Job Pollo Juan
Food is just okay. Verry overpriced. Been meaning to try this place forever, and now i know exactly why pollo tropical is always packed and this place is always empty. My same order here that i get at pollo tropical is somehow $6 more here but with no joke by weight extremely close to half the food. Swear to God the smallest chicken i have ever seen
So how do you order? Is there a secret word to get service there? Went there twice, well before their closing time. 1st time employee was outside on break, sees my car and proceeds to go back into the restaurant, then into his car and leaves. 2nd time and older employee was inside the restaurant and again no one took the order. No wonder it's always empty there.
Stopped by last week and am already back. Why would you pay more for fast food when you can get both quality amazing food here. The owner and staff are very friendly and appreciate your business. Great place.
Service is terrible. I’ve tried this place repeatedly because I live close by and the food has been good before. Now, it’s terrible. Wait for 30 mins for old food that’s not fresh. This was my last time ever. Save yourself and spare yourself!
Man, I always passed this place and always wanted to go and finally did and I left full and happy! The grilled chicken and fried Yuca is the best!
I love Venezuelan food. One of my favorite is Tequeños. The Tequeños we're good but the chicken was a bit too greasy for my taste.
Chicken itself has a delicious flavor. I bought a quarter chicken with plantain on the side plantains on the side. They gave me an orange sauce not sure what it was but it pays very well with the chicken. I wish I got extra chicken and the plantain were sweeter. Still happy about the meal and will return.
This is a nice, clean and modern chicken restaurant with a venezuelan flair. They have homemade braised juicy chicken with rice and beans, or fried yuca, which is my favorite, or other sides to choose from. The also have incredible Tequeños (fried cheese fingers), empanadas and Pastelitos (round savory fried stuffed "pies" ) filled with cheese and potato, which are so nice! The family meal is generous and inexpensive, only $19.99.The service was excellent but I think they may need to hire more people to get the orders out faster. I recommend this place for the price to value product, it's healthy and well located. I'll certainly keep on going there!
