A very nice quick service Ice cream parlour. We had the brownie Sunday to have whilst watching the fireworks, which was very nice.
It is incredibly nice that Plaza Ice Cream Parlor has three different plant based ice cream options (two are tofu based). However, the tofu based chocolate tasted off in a way that other plant based ice creams I’ve had do not. The consistency and texture was very off putting even tho the flavor was pretty good. I would say it’s fine but wouldn’t recommend the ice cream. Overall, it’s pretty standard for Disney quick service.
Rudest and most disrespectful employees I've experienced anywhere, let alone Disney. They cause chaos outside their restaurant at the whim of an idiotic manager. Go elsewhere in the park, there's better food anyways.
My husband & I requested a diet Coke for a low blood sugar but a cast member gave me a delicious vanilla ice w/small mouse ears as cookies. Recovered quickly w/no further treatment needed.
Delicious ice cream. Love the warm hot fudge. Only suggestion is fresher waffle bowls.

I had a cookie ice cream sandwich and I recommend it highly. Cookies were big and delish and I got it stuffed with rasberrry sorbet. Too bad the plaza restaurant wasnt as good as their ice cream parlor.
So one of the highlights for me is to go to the ice cream parlor at WDW . It’s been closed for almost a year to due to pandemic. I was excited to see it back open since the last time I went it was closed. Though when I got inside I notice they changed the menu and took away the very thing I always order and get , the all American sundae !! Why would you get rid of this ?? The sundae they have out now does not offer the chocolate chip and peanut butter morsels , along with the peanut butter sauce.. I was disappointed with the sundae they offer now because it’s pretty boring and generic to me. Please bring back the all American sundae.
There is no better place to eat ice cream than on Main Street USA.
