The staff is awesome . The quality of shakes great too . The only reason I’m giving this place a 1star is because the proprietor Of this business thinks it’s ok to not proved a restroom. For months The poor staff have been told it’s due to Covid ,which any health inspector will tell you providing a bathroom is mandatory so patrons can wash their hands properly along with other bathroom needs. At first I thought their signage says out of service . But now after frequenting this business I’ve seen the bathroom blocked off for months !!! If the owner reads this which what I hope they do ,please don’t lie to your staff and please do the right thing and proved a clean bathroom for your patrons to use . Hand sanitizer shouldn’t be our only option to clean our hands !!!
Poor customer service with lack of enthusiasm. I stopped by 2 nights ago bc I wanted to ask a quick question about their green smoothies (wasn't planning on ordering anything) When the young lady saw me walking toward the door she literally ran to the back as if she was over it and didn't want to deal with any customers. I waited about 1 minute and didn't even bother as I felt I was a burden. As I was exiting the store a young man slowly walked out from the back and didn't even try to stop me. Infact, he seemed ecstatic when i left. I would never recommend a place whose workers are slow paced and not eager to serve their customers. These kids cannot do their job right for something as such a little task. No bueno
Ordered $20 worth of smoothies for delivery, the driver couldn’t find my unit and left the smoothies somewhere else. The driver wouldn’t take my calls, and when I called the number in the receipt “for deivery complications,” the planet smoothie store was as clueless as me. If you’re ordering delivery, I’d reccomend ordering through ubereats, doordash etc., because the planet smoothie website might give you Skipcart as a delivery service, which has few contact and no refund options. The store has offered a refund but not Skipcart.
Efficient but busy place. Great smoothies.
This is my spot! I come I think 2-3x weekly. I normally try to get the drinks that come with oat milk or plant protein to try to get my protein intake that way in the morning . It’s right next to the gym I wanted to join but I’m moving out of this area now and I’m sad.
Love this place for smoothies. However, today they were 4 people and only one taking care of public. Please... the customers are first ... you could finish cleaning later. Saw 2 people left for this issue.
This is my favorite for my after gym smoothies! They’re always delicious, its also super clean and the staff is very friendly! 10/10!
Had an interview was told would have call back in two days. It has been two weeks. I tried to call them and every time was told hiring management was not there. Finally got ahold of management and was told they are not hiring. I feel as if bc i am a older white male I was not hired. All that works there is young Spanish girls as I have seen. Not a good place in my opinion. Poor management skills to be straight up and after the interview and say no thanks rather then look at pictures of my dog during the interview and definitely wasn't ready for the interview. No where to sit. Had to do it in the lobby with others around. Asked nothing about me very unprofessional. I will be using my word of mouth about this location to tell other not to shop here.
I love this place but today the super slow service and they gave me what it was not but it was already late and I had to take away, without wanting it at all, the mess they made me.
I have been coming here for over a year and it’s always been great and quick service
