overpriced and underwhelming. i paid $40 (tip included) for three SMALL smoothies. small. not even a medium or large. when we ordered the smoothies, the person helping us suggested we include what they called “substitutes” without educating us about how they’d result in an up-charge for each ingredient substituted. please tell guests you will be adding almost $20 worth of “substitutes” before charging them. oh, and the smoothies didn’t do the price justice at all. bland and far too much water added.
Ordered an açaí bowl, it was overpriced and half melted, like something you could get frozen at the grocery store. Definitely not worth the price and very frustrating. Don’t recommend the bowls here.
The juice was amazing. The combination of dragons fruit and peanut butter was new but please taste. Just a little pricey my wife argued but, the portion balance it she added later.
Three times now I have ordered ahead for pickup and arrived 20-30 minutes later to pick up the order. All three times I was greeted by an employee sitting at the register playing on their phone, and my order was not even started yet. Not sure they understand the concept of ordering ahead for pickup.
Went in the other day and Mandy made the best smoothie!! She was so nice and helpful!
Smoothies are always consistent and Kimberly is the best! She is always friendly and attentive. I even left my credit card recently, and she kept it safe for me to pick up. Thank you!

6-3-21 - Stopped by for a sweet smoothie treat while in the area. I enjoyed mine, but something about the sherbert in my kids smoothie they didn't. Service went well, and indoor experience was good. Not too crowded.
The staff are always friendly and try to be helpful.
First time visiting a Planet Smoothie and had a good experience. We both enjoyed our smoothies, but it was a little hard to find it in the strip mall area it was in.
