Terrible customer service. It doesn't seem like the employees are trained at all.
My favorite smoothie place ever! So good!
Ordered online, they took the money from my credit card, then drove down to store to pick up. They had no record of my order, even though I verified the the store number and order number. Had to stand in line another 10 minutes. Will never use this store again. Disorganized and inconvenient.
Ordered a 22 oz smoothie. Got a 20 oz.
Been here many times and enjoyed a tasty refreshing smoothie. This time, it was a rip-off. Got 2 small items, paid same price for both, one was served in a 20oz cup and the other in a 24oz cup which was a noticeable difference. When asked, the staff said the company was making the cups smaller and they must have missed switching out that one. So, no help. Just got charged higher price for smaller drink. Thanks but no thanks.
