Don’t know if it’s just a thing when I go in here, but it seems like the workers are always rude when I order my drink. Just the last visit I’ve had they didn’t even tell me my smoothie was ready. I just looked over after waiting for several minutes and saw that ready and when asked if that were mine was told “yeah” in a very rude tone. Again, I’ve only been here twice, but both times were met with terrible customer service. Smoothies were fine.
Workers are extremely rude. Say they don’t take orders over the phone but when you get there they say they do take them over the phone. I’ve had this happen to me twice. I think they just are hoping you don’t come in if you can’t order over the phone so they don’t have to work.
Normally they always do my smoothie the way the I like, but lately I made the order online to pic up and always something was missing or not removed. But overall is a really good place.
Just left. Its 8:05am. Thay weren't open. Sign says 8am?
I usually get my smoothies at this chain but I really didn't like it here. Not sure if lady put too much ice or the portions are not fine. I didn't like it. Prefer Chichasaw francise. Wont come back
Horrible girls at the front. Insecure so they talk like it’s weird to buy a smoothie. Weirdest thing.
its true they dont honor coupons lady just knocked it out the system on my 12 th visit making it seem like i redeemed but didnt then made me put my number back it so it restarted from the 1st visit
