I love their smoothies,especially the meal replacement smoothies. The fruit, and vegetables were fresh, and the yogurt, and protein powder helped to make the drink rich, thick, and filling.I had the strawberry, banana replacement smoothie. It was thick, the way I like it. It was so good, I can't wait to go back.
Very poor customer service by the older lady who seems to be Midwestern I believe ( just point out the right person).Sees me walk in but chose to continue texting. Store was empty by the way. A little "hello good morning welcome to planet smoothie, give me a minute I'll be right with you" , goes a long way.She went to put my smoothie in the a styrofoam cup, I asked if she can please put in plastic due the set of my cup holders, the styrofoam is more likely to break and I don't need that in my car. Tells me no and proceeds to fill cup.I'm explaining to her if I can't get plastic, then I don't want it.Me and a friend a medium but due to her not wanting to put in different cups she rather lose the sale of $19 over cups that cost pennies.Make it make sense
Love the smoothie options! The employees was super patient knowing I'm a first time customer. They can add fruits and protein to any of the menu items! Smoothies were bomb!
The lady working was rude as hell I was in there for 15 mins before she even acknowledged me the store was empty she rather clean up then to acknowledge me then wen she finally decided to speak to me she was nasty asking how can she help me when I said pick up my smoothie was already made and she was looking dumb as if I was bothering her at this point my smoothie is foam and not even a smoothie why work if you don’t want to i don’t even know how they have tips in the tip jar with this type of attitude

I prefer Smoothie King, no artificial flavors. Also this place will not give you an extra cup or split a large smoothie into a small cup to give to a toddler. Maybe it would help to offer protein smoothies in kid sizes, but again I will stick to Smoothie King because they have no problem splitting a smoothie for my 2 year old.
I occasionally come here not so often because I live sooo far away I’m not the one to write bad reviews but today in the morning I came in and the Young lady in the front is ALWAYS so nice and PROFESSIONAL no matter what she’s going through she has a smile and attends every customer the correct way. Today I walked in while there was only one person being taken care of I walked in and the lady who’s the “manager” “Ruby” was in the back room she seen me yet didn’t approach me. I seen her she peeped outside. It wasn’t till another customer came after me a older gentleman a regular often more than I and she remembered him and she came out and took care of him BEFORE me mind you I’m already irritated because I’m pregnant and I need some protein in me and get to work she absolutely ignored that I was next and just took care of him and spoke to him about how she remembered him and what he wanted done IDC but all your customers matter not just the ones you remember and want to maybe flirt with. As a manager it was very unprofessional to ignore a customer not say good morning skip her and taker care of the next gentle man. Very unprofessional. Her co worker/worker acts more professional and she’s Younger very sad you’re suppose to set examples.
One of the better Planet Smoothies when it comes to taste of the smoothie. Peak times can be a long wait because usually it's only one person making the smoothies per shift.
