Pho Vinh makes really good foods and the prices are reasonable. I have tried a lot of Vietnamese places in Orlando and Pho Vinh is definitely in my top 3 Viet restaurants. They make authentic broken rice dish and their grilled pork is delicious. Their pho is very good too. As for the service it is great. Their staffs are friendly. The only con I can think of is their fish sauce for the noodle and rice dishes need some more flavoring. It was pretty average. I assume they probably do this on purpose so non-Vietnamese customers can enjoy the sauce too without its being too strong (authentic fish sauce have strong fishy smell).
Get the lotus root shrimp pork salad, it's soooo good and refreshing. The chicken salad is amazing is well, great flavors. My favorite entree is definitely the grilled pork chop. The marinate is very flavorful and the charred bits are perfect. My go to place for grilled pork chop!
This was my party's first experience eating at a Vietnamese restaurant. For myself, I enjoyed my food since I ordered a nice warm bowl of delicious beef Pho. It was very flavorful and well seasoned! Generous portions of beef. That said, the dishes after that were quite disappointing. Although it looked nice, the fried fish we had lacked any sort of seasoning in the breading. It also did not have the crisp we were expecting when we bit into it.The biggest disappointment was the beef cube steak with fried potatoes. It was literally just a steak frites. It's labelled as a special on the menu and yet there isn't any special about it. They should have just called the fried potatoes french fries because that's what it literally was. The steak marinade was nothing special to us and the quantity that was given did not justify the cost of the dish.Based off other reviews, I have a feeling we just ordered the wrong items on the menu. So please, if you are going to try this place out, look at other reviews and observe what dishes they ordered. What I can tell you from our experience is that that Pho is a MUST have. But that's it, really. Staff is really nice and accommodating.
Great food and service. They will gladly explain the selections. I had the Bun Bo Xao, a wonderful meal in a bowl with salad, rice noodles and char pork. We also had y the summer rolls for an appetizer. I loved the freshness of everything. We will definitely come back next time we are in downtown.
Great Vietnamese food. I love bún and my wife loves phở and both are great here. This was our first time here but we will definitely be going back.
Pho was average. Appetizers were okay. Customer service is not the best. They were okay but they messed up our bills. Don’t go in groups. It wasn’t even busy when we went there for lunch. I would not return.
We got the chicken egg noodles and phoHands down the pho was phenomenal! The chicken noodles were undercooked and nothing to write home about. We will definitely be back for more phoBottom line, stuck with the pho
Our regular spot was closed so we tried Pho Vinh and I think this will be our go-to Pho spot now. The broth has incredible depth, the meat is super juicy & flavorful (we had the rare steak, meatballs, and duck).
So delicious! I got the combo fried rice with shrimp and squid, it was full of flavor! 10/10 would recommend!!
I have ordered take out twice now and neither time was my order right. I am so disappointed because I have heard such good things about them but in my case I can't recommend them. I tried to talk to a manager both times and they were very rude and could care less they got my order wrong!
