This use to be my favorite place to eat ?.. When Kevin the old owner, owned the restaurant food was great and service was excellent. Now they have two older gentleman who just sit outside taking cigarette breaks while we are in the middle of lunch rush. I really wish they would get trained servers instead of these guys who know nothing about serving. What grossed me out what was when they let their pet cat hangout in the restaurant. This place deserves 0 stars. Bring Kevin Back!!!!
Hands down the best Pho I’ve ever had! I see people complaining about the service, but it seemed just okay to me. Don’t let the reviews fool you. This place is a gem and shouldn’t be missed. The portions are also huge. I’ve never seen Pho this large served in the Orlando area. I will come back here whenever I’m craving Pho again.
Everytime i come here it’s “Okay” The foods great but the service is Honestly Horrible. Today when i came was the last straw, I gave this place many chances. Today the waiter brought me to a table with nothing the other tables had, Sriracha, spoons, etc. I asked the waiter Twice and he didn’t bring me any. Then i asked another waiter and he was nice enough to bring me a spoon. The final straw was when we ordered two Small bowls of pho with no onions and they brought us One big one and one small one WITH onions. Also the small bowl that i received with onions, The noodles and beef were over cooked. Honestly i was fed up so i just ate it and i always tip very generously since the food is pretty good. This time i tipped the minimum and will be the last time i tip for such horrible service. Thanks for ruining my morning.
I ordered a vegetarian pho without garlic and onion. I found ground garlic at the bottom of soup. The pho doesn't contain tofu.Hopefully, the restaurant will provide more vegetarian friendly dishes, especially for customers have diet restrictions.
Food was great! But we had to ask for service several times. We needed menus, so I got up and got them. We were missing a coffee, so asked somone for it after asking again at the table. Then we need to ask for the check.i understand if it was busy but it wasn't. I was watching employees stand around.
Ordered a soup to go and it had shrimp in it. Luckily I’m not allergic but I don’t eat seafood. I called to let them know and no one answered. $27 for soup I’m not going to eat.
We waited for 45 minutes for our food. We had to go in three times to remind them. When I got the pho, there was no other bowl to hold both soup and the noodle so I had to dump out some soup in oder to put the rest of food into the bowl. Upon finishing food, I started having diarrhea and it lasted for over 2 hours. I gotta go again now. Really horrible experience!
We went here for my dad's birthday brunch and it was disappointing. We ordered the fried fish with ginger sauce and a side of greens. Not only did it take 40 minutes to arrive, but the portion of fish and greens were small. We were sharing between 3 people and let's just say I left hungry. 2 stars is for the ginger sauce ?
Clean place with friendly employees. Duck noodle soup and Bun Riel noodle soup are very good. Strong iced coffee too.
