I'm not sure if they changed everything for covid, but things aren't as good as they used to be. I had the Asian chopped chicken salad. You are still expected to toss in the dressing yourself, better bring your own tomatoes too. I am actually sitting here at 550 on a Saturday night and it's like a ghost town. Maybe I am not ordering the right thing on the menu, the salad was my eating somewhat healthy go too. They also are caught up in doing the whole disposable plastic thing instead of washing dishes like they used to do.
I’m a long time fan of Pei Wei and have been for years. That said, this location is a literally a joke. They are understaffed and consistently take 3x’s longer than any other location to prepare an order. I’m talking an hour for two entrees.It’s not the employees fault, it’s whoever owns/manages this location, they’re literally useless and need to get a clue.
Other than the gentleman that attended me at the register the food was not up to par. I requested spicy Korean with friend rice and I have big chunks of cauliflower in my plate and an abundance of cooked unions and the rice was not fried??? Not sure what happened but Def not the same.
I'm giving it a 2 because my sister liked her coconut curry.....However, my beef with broccoli was awful. I can tolerate el dente broccoli but this was basically warm raw broccoli. I know meat and can only assume this beef was a cheap cut from the round. It definitely wasn't from the loin such as sirloin flap like it should be. It was tough and chewy.
NOT EVEN one star…Really gross! Food was swimming in watery sauce. Chunks of egg in the fried rice. Then when I complain they offered a side of white rice. Extra annoyed because I’m hungry.Always like to note* workers where KIND BUT food was GROSS
I had never been to this restaurant before and the employee was quite patient as we made our choices (there was no one behind us). She explained that all the entrees came with rice and asked if we wanted drinks. I ordered gluten-free beef and broccoli, which was delicious! I liked how there was a nice amount of beef/broccoli to rice ratio. The sauce was sweet just like I like it.
Enjoyed the new menu. Great tasting food with excellent service. No complaints on my end.
Door dash driver left us the wrong order and the manager here comped our whole order as soon as we called. They also let us come get our original food that the driver had not picked up. Good service considering door dash basically screwed the restaurant.
Love me some Dan Dan Noodles, and they are always good here. The staff is polite, prompt, and practicing good hygiene as well. Miss the Coke freestyle machines.
Ordered takeout from here the other night, not only were there items missing (sides), but the presentation of the food, freshness and taste was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what has changed at pei wei, but I won’t be doing business anymore.
