Truly disappointed with this location. My husband and I used to come here all the time, but lately the service and quality of the shakes have been continuously slipping and the staff doesn’t seem like they want to help you or make your order correct. I have asked for a chocolate peanut butter shake several times now. In the past it used to be the most perfect milkshake. Now, nothing is mixed correctly, you can hardly taste the chocolate if at all. It’s separated chocolate on the bottom and vanilla on the top, so not mixed at all, AND they charge extra to add peanut butter when you can’t even taste it. This location is so close to my house, but sad I won’t be going anymore. It just does not met expectations anymore.
I live in CT and I’ve never seen this place before but I decided to try it and I do not regret it! It was delicious and I love that the way your order is taken in the drive through is with a live human and not through a microphone. Very personal and quick! Our food came out fast and it was delicious and hot and exactly what I ordered. I would definitely recommend!! Employees were very nice!
Easily the dirtiest fast food joint I've been to. If I hadn't already ordered I would have walked out.Food on tables, chairs, and floors. One girl wiped some tables and just brushed the food on the floor. Windows were streaky, floors and tables dirty and it wasn't busy at all even at 12pm on a work day..Now as fow the food:The chicken sandwich was mediocre at best but, was edible.The waffle fries were so loaded with salt and pepper that I thought I was going to have a heart attack.The Mac and cheese was a joke. I've tasted better Kraft instant.The sweet tea was utterly disgusting. Had to pour it out. Luckily the coke was good.Lastly the coke machine smelled of sour water so I'm guessing it has not been cleaned properly either.I will never eat here again. First and last time.I'll wait in a long line at their competitors.
First ever going to a PDQ. The chicken sandwich was great. I wasn't crazy about the fries. Everyone there was great. The manager walked around checking on everyone eating in the dining room. I will be back for more chicken!
This is more of a review of the location in Hunters Creek FL, rather than the company itself. When the restaurant opened, it had a very extensive menu, and we tried several items each time we went and was very satisfied with our food. Then when covid happened, just like many other restaurants, they went down to a bareboned menu...it's now been a couple of years since the reopening but yet their menu is still down to very little to choose from. 2 items in particular that are absent from our store, but are featured on the official website are the Hawaiian grilled chicken and the zucchini fries. Every time I pull up to the menu, I'm always hopeful that the menu is going to be restored and I'm always disappointed and end up just not ordering anything and go somewhere else! I really hope someone reads this and does something, because at this rate, I doubt that this location will be open much longer.
We had Awesome service at PDQ! Sofia M was so kind, brought our food to our table & asked if we needed anything! This chicken is So Yummy!
Go there at least once a week with guys from work super good food ready fast! never had a bad experience with food or with staff all cool people that are polite and ready to get you served and on your way.
First computers are acting up, it happens, then food items are forgotten, not ok. In a world redefined by scarcity, if your business is still open, then please make all efforts to train and educate staff so the basic functions are done in complete accuracy!
3rd time ordering from this PDQ for their great deal (BOGO take home and reheat) for the Super Bowl at this location. They are always organized, great customer service, and have chicken tendies are delicious.
Emily at PDQ was absolutely fantastic. There was a challenge getting the order ready, but she made everything smooth. I was ok with having to wait because I understand it's a big order and things can happen, but she just went above and beyond. She was amazing. Please tell her I was very impressed by her customer service and appreciate everything!
