Despite offer that moms eat free on Mothers day posted on front door, offer was not honored. Was told I was supposed to request it before placing order. Didn't gave me receipt so I didn't even realized right away. Good way of loosing a loyal customer. Or in this case, 6 customers. Good job.

Another awesome PDQ location! I’ve been almost every time I leave from class down at Valencia and they never disappoint me at all with their good quality chicken. PDQ in general, is one of the best fast food restaurants on the planet! From the service to the food and everything. Although the menu is small, their limited time options are some of the best they can offer! Join their fan club to, and you’ll get some discounts and find out about their limited time menu as well. You won’t regret it!
If you're planning on going through the drive thru be sure to check your order before you leave. I stopped by to get dinner for my family and when I got home the majority of my order was missing. Even my drink was even wrong. I just ask that the management train their drive thru staff on order accuracy.
