The dueling pianos was the most amazing thing here, I loved that they took requests and actually did a very good job at singing the music. The food was ok, the gumbo was my favorite out of everything.
The food was very tasty and the ambiance was nice. They have live entertainment while you eat and they take requests! This was a pleasant experience. The crawfish etouffe was delicious.
My husband and I were at at Pat O’Briens on Saturday 5/7/22. We were unable to get a reservation but stopped to get a hurricane and some photos as we went to the PoBs in NOLA on our honeymoon. Their amazing manager Grant talked to us and was able to secure a table for us and our kids! We were so thankful. Service was fantastic and the food was incredible!
If you really from the Louisiana culture. This food isn't good. Drinks are good. Music was good. Food not so much. Or maybe my expectations were too high. Waitress was rude too.
Best dining experience at any establishment in the area, will absolutely return when we come back to FL! We did not have a reservation (my fault), and the staff worked with us and sat us at a table within minutes (please do not count on this, make a reservation!). Our waitress was very attentive, and I am so sorry that I do not recall her name. We had such a fantastic time that we didn’t even want to leave! The live music was an absolute blast, the food was very tasty, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the experience was wonderful. Thank you!
We had such a fun night when we visited this restaurant 3-7-22 with a group ranging from age 15-76. The musicians were incredible and kept playing great song after great song and everyone sang along. We couldn't believe how many songs they knew and played everyone's requests. Amazing voices and amazing on the pianos. We were so impressed. Everyone liked their dinner, too!
We hadn't made a reservation but did get a table or an early dinner. Large seating area, friendly waitress, nice food and a good atmosphere. There were 2 pianists who were fun and asked for requests , although the restaurant wasn't busy as it was early evening people joined in, when the place is full probably very good
Overall good NOLA meal with pleasant waitress and bartender who made special drink for my wife. Food was good sized for price and just the right kind of spicy.
Ok we never ate at this restaurant. A family of nine on vacation at Universal Studios for 7 days. Each night we had made reservations at least 2 months ahead so that we would not have trouble finding dinner places for our large group. Yesterday, March 8 we had 6:30 reservations for this restaurant and showed up in plenty of time to find out it was closed for a private event. Not a word of contact from them. Now so glad not to give them our business. How unprofessional in that no attempt was made to contact us, especially at that time when the park has just closed and the area was packed. Needless to say we were furious and expected better treatment from an establishment restaurant.
Fun, Friendly, and Fast! We went here for my birthday celebration and had a great time. First of all we came 30 min early and they were able to seat us. AND Ciara our waitress went above and beyond! We asked for dish accommodations (off menu) and she really took her time to understand what we wanted. My teen daughter had the side of veggies added to pasta and I asked for coffee with Bailey's (it was a very cold night). My tween ate an adult cheeseburger (she loved it) and my chicken sandwich was delicious. The pianists were very entertaining and Nina did a fabulous job with my birthday request. Definitely will be going back!
