Such a cute banh mi, desserts, and boba drink restaurant! Clean and spacious. The food is good and the drinks are even better! The lychee fruit tea with lychee and popping lychee flavored boba is really good. Great spot to hang out with friends or a casual date.Con: it is a bit on the pricey side and you need to make sure they are charging you the right price and taxes. There’s also a high fee for using credit cards of any amount.
Not as many options as before
Stopped in to check it out a month ago and have been back ever since. We love their filling bahn mi sandwiches with fresh bread, definitely recommend the pork. Their tea is delicious, absolutely great Thai tea as well as passion-green tea. Their baked goods are always sweet and tasty, I usually pick up two. Their employees were very helpful when I had questions. Love the inside, very clean and organized and so spacious. Will be back.
Oh my goodness!! Had such a delicious iced coffee and a recommended sandwich by the cashier, and I was absolutely blown away by not just the freshness, but the whole delicious flavor!! Plus they have so much fresh bakery items!! Nice little find!! And priced right!!
I love it here! The meat portions are plentiful in the subs. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Most importantly this place is clean! Highly recommended!
Best sandwiches on Colonial. The craftsmanship of the food (pictured below) is astounding. Any local tourist would do well to visit this location and enjoy the many flavors in the food.

Great real flan taste, smooth and sweet. The yogurt was ok. We had coffee flan and original flan. I like the original flan the best. The store is modern and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.

Amazing Vietnamese bakery/ bahn mi/ coffee shop. Their sandwiches are so good, all the baked goods are so tasty, and is the only place I like iced coffee. Ive come here multiple times a week since they've opened!
