The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it is expensive for what it is. Having said that, the people were so nice! The Original Cachapa was SO GOOD!! Everything was made fresh when we ordered it. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Clean and smell good.Food is good customer service also good.I will be back for dinner next time.

Well, I used to work for panna long time ago, so I know we didn’t use to serve old food to costumers. Today I went and waited until 7am when they opened, I ordered 2 pan de bonos, I asked the cashier if they had pan de bonos ready, she asked the guy in the kitchen and they said yes. I was thinking they were coming out of the oven freshly made, I ordered them to go. When I took the first one out to eat, I could tell these we’re not fresh; they put them in the oven to warm them and then gave me day before pan de bono. First bite it was warm outside; cold in the middle, the texture was horrible and tasted stale, I wanted to go back and demand a refund or fresh pan de bono, but I was late for work. Please don’t do that, if you don’t have fresh food just say it. If the cashier would have told that they could reheat old day pan de bono, I would have said NO. Is was very disappointing.

This was an awesome place to eat at! We ended up getting carry outs but the quality was not lost. It’s great food! Most importantly though, the staff is super amazing and very accommodating with any dietary restrictions or requests. It’s all around a great place. You should try it!

It was our first time visiting, and we were very pleased. The food was great!!! And the service from the staff is very very good. They have a lot of options to pick from. It's a very relaxed environment and you feel very comfortable. They disinfect the tables after each customer and everything looks very clean and organized.

I love panna personally because I'm venezuelan. And if you're looking to try some venezuelan dishes for a good price, Thats your to-go place. You can go to other venezuelan restaurants and pay way more money for the same dishes and its just not worth it to me. But its a place where i go when i get off work and wanna grab a bite, that kinda vibe for me.

I though it was expensive for the quality of the product. I did not appreciate the empanadas at all. Been there before for tequeños, those are good, but most definitely, do not recommend the empanadas.

Great food!! Great service! The woman helped us knowing what's on the menu and explaining to us what everything was without making us feel stupid. Loved it!!

They are overpriced.. But You have to try their ORIENTÉ SALAD. Yummy!!!!Vegetables are not Worth 10 Dollars Buddy... That's ridiclous pricing. In top of that 3 Dollars More for the protein... Them comes the tax... 15 Dollars for a Damn SALAD... Heck no... Bring them prices down ir I'll stop coming.

Oriental salad = for almost $11.00. Ordered a side of avocado, 2 fairly big friend plantains, xtra ginger dressing, and some boiled eggs. Total a mount scalated to an insane $18 and some 50 cents. It's an insane sales markup. It's shameful to change this lind of money for a simple salad.
