Very frustrated with my most recent experience at Panera bread. The employee johndavid said that he could take next in line so I got out of the line and went to his register. I got there and then he said he only did pick ups and then proceeded to take another customer’s order. It’s annoying as it was very busy so I would’ve had to wait in line again. I ended up just doing a rapid pick up and waiting.
Flatbread pizza and Asian chicken salad. Very tasty
Dirty! Food on the floor, dirty dishes on tables, walls filthy. I had to return my utensils because they were greasy. The croutons in my soup were stale. I’ve been to this location twice recently, but never again. This place does not live up to the Panera standards. Panera should have never left it’s location by Lake Eola!
This is last time I will order from this location. Ordered to go veggie sandwich and all the vegetables were old. I wasted my money!Employees were distracted talking about their weekend before somebody acknowledged me.
This location is in rough shape. Everything is dirty. Also they refuse to have your order ready at rapid pickup because "people are stealing them"I just want to order my drink, arrive and grab it off the shelf. I am on a 30 mile bike ride. When I get there I have to now wait in line and give them my name and phone number to receive my order.... There is no point to ordering it online.
I ordered to go. The Asian Thai salad was absolutely delicious. I wish they sold the dressing! I purchased Tomato soup for my mom and she enjoyed hers as well with a bagette.
Took my money and closed at 4 instead of 6 as advertised There is literally no accountability for this company anymore. Over it.
I have visited many Panera stores across the country and this is the worst I have been so far, much different from the others. Last week the lady who were delivering food was totally lost, and today another lady who was handing food over the balcony was treating people with complete lack of courtesy, she seemed mad with life, very different by the way from the front desk lady who was very courteous. Instead of just making the pick up orders available in the shelf as instructed by the app, you need to guess where you should pick it up.
Was there a week ago and ordered the chicken salad, wow. Beautiful, I love this place - and that cashier, I think her name was Lunas or something, you are gorgeous. Wow.
I order a Baja bowl. Looks like it was for a baby and COLD to top it off for #15.00 is insane they just to give you nice portions and look appealing not any more. Will never eat here or another Panera again is not the first time it happens.
