Great Panera bread place. I always used to go there.
Don’t order from this location forAdvance orders. Placed an order 24hrs in advance for my office staff and they call to tell 5min before my pick up they didn’t have my requested items. Clearly they don’t check their orders in advance. So I had nothing for my staffs request! Horrible service!
Huge fan of Panera since day one.. We ordered different soups alongside pizzas and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich…Comfy and clean place; food was good but… I’m going to be honest here, the pizza wasn’t what I was expecting at all but still good for its price… the rest was excellent!Also, this is DEFINITELY the BEST Panera IN TOWN.

Ordered six bagels (park. Cheese) appeared ok but we’re not really properly cooked tasted doughy and terrible. Tried the new chicke a worn shoe sole.
The food was good. The place was a little packed. But the parking was a bit difficult, as you have to park in the parking garage across the street. There is no curbside parking. There is an "unloading" area where you can park quickly to pick up online orders.
Panera has really gone downhill. They took over 35 minutes to make my to-go order of a pick 2. They forgot my side baguette, didn't give me napkins and the food was so horrible I barely ate any of it. My soup ended up being broth only and my sandwich had a hair in it. Disgusting.
Well to be honest it was awful. We ate at 4:00 pm. They didn't have ice for the drinks, fountain drinks, flat bread, and napkins of all things.
The whole entire process took way too long. From my order to me receiving my food took way longer than it should of. Everyone is moving SO slow for no reason. I did not even have time to sit and each my lunch on my break. All i ordered was a half salad and they were not even busy!
Ordered Panera Bread for delivery and found this green stink bug looking guy in my food after eating a few bites. Now I'm sick to my stomach and can't eat anything. All they said was they would cancel my charges. Y'all beware you might get some extra protein with your turkey sandwich or greens. #PaneraBreadProblems #LittleGreenBug #Gross?
