Absolutely amazing food great service and a great gluten free option. Staff very good polite. Can get busy but never have to wait to long.we would definitely recommend it. Especially on vacation for something healthy other than the usual burger and chips on idrive.
On 06/03/22, we decided to dine at this location. The service was fine, and the food was good. However, this one star came in when our server Andre T. Took it upon himself to write a 10.00 tip on my receipt, which was an amount of 81.67. I left a 10.00/CASH tip. This person stole from me. I will not be dining at this location again. I have the receipts. So the amount of 91.67 on my bank statement is a surprise to me.
I'm here to report the bad experience I had at Olive Garden in Orlando. I went to dinner with my mother and to my surprise as soon as we sat at the table the attendant immediately said that we should order the drinks and food immediately, I confess that I was surprised by this attitude but we made the orders and my drink order took more than 30 minutes to arrive and my mom ordered a Coke and a lemonade came. I had to order my drink 4 times before someone brought my drink. when I was almost done with dinner my drink arrived. therefore I do not recommend Orlando's Olive Garden. the employees do not insist on providing good service and often put us in embarrassing situations 0/10.

Over all service was great. My server gave me good conversation. But after my server drop the food we didn’t see him after 30 min. Food was great.
Lovely food. Good portions. Unlimited breadsticks. Party of 10 Sat in nice private alcove with large table. Very happy. Even the non Italian lovers needed to be rolled out the door. Had Kyle as server . Very friendly and Jovial. Thanks from the Irish ? Meal of the holiday. Empty plates all round.
The food was great even for a busy night. But the service is lacking. We got sat down and no one came to take our drink order or appetizer order. We sat there for a good 20 minutes until the really nice manager came to serve us. After that the service was good thanks to him. But the servers are really lacking and incompetent because if you see a table with no drinks or anything for 20 minutes the least you can do is come ask if we need anything.
The service was very fast and the food was delicious. We had the tour of Italy with breadsticks and salad
Ask for Matthew to be your server. He's great, if you want a little chat, food, drink and activity suggestions he's your man! Food came quickly and he amended our orders when we changed our minds. Drinks kept coming :) slight issue with his colleagues gossiping in front of customers which is very unprofessional. But will go again and hopefully see Matthew.
Great service. Our waiter was amazing very attentive. Food was great and the best part is that even though we came starving, the service was quick and we didn’t have to wait long for our food at all :)
