Went here for lunch. Tali was my server. Exceptional service! Always a smile, always attentive. Food? Delicious and fairly priced. This is my new regular spot for lunch. Will definitely be frequenting this place and highly recommend!
Angel our attendee was the best, very knowledgeable with the food and very kinds. This is my first time in Olive Garden and it won’t be my last, thank you so much. The food felt good, fresh and the garlic bred was amazing.
Absolutely horrible. The waiter was amazing. Very aware of the lack and presentation of the food. I requested soup and salad. The salad was yellow. No green whatsoever, no soup whatsoever. The waiter brought a little little bit of soup which was a serving for an infant. I asked him "what is this" and he said they didn't have the soup I wanted. He offered to make me a fresh salad and exchange for a different soup. The manager came over and apologized. She offered food and food to go. I absolutely did not accept. I was very disappointed. I had looked forward to enjoying a couple bowls of soup.
Went on a Sunday, which is a typically busy day during luch time. Party of 4. Only waited 5 minutes. Inside looked beautiful. Host was nice and welcoming. Server was friendly and efficient. Only negative experience was the food runner who slammed the plates when putting our food on the table, but such exchange didn’t affect the overall experience.
Tuesday around 530, all adult party of 4. Walked us to the middle table of a very crowded area full of kids and immediately requested to be relocated to a more comfortable location. TRIED to order appetizers, was informed they were out of the ingredients. Ordered drinks and here's where it went completely downhill. When asking for lemon, IT SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE ON A PLATE or BOWL, NOT IN THE BARE HAND of the wait staff. The food was good, we all left full and took advantage of the $6 dollar take home options. The prices have skyrocketed and while that seems to be the way of the world, at least make an attempt to up your service to match the price.........(see lemon comment).
Very handsome server Drew made our experience amazing. So fast and always got what we asked with ease. Especially since my husband changes the dish at every place we go. He might be the best server I’ve ever had. As for the rest of the staff I’m not sure, but this man needs to be paid. This is also the first review I’m ever giving so that says something.
I have gone to this Olive Garden several times and each visit has been an improvement from the last! I had a great service, follow by delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. All this was made possible by their waiter Isaac, who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist! Nothing substitutes connecting and caring for your guests. I will be returning to this restaurant in the future!
Wow. We were blown away by Sean’s excellent service already, and then this happened: so I’m flying solo dad, leaving with my two girls ages five and two, also trying to carry our gear and a bag of leftovers and their peach smoothies… not the best idea on my part! But when everything inevitably hit the floor and made a huge mess, Sean and the others were extremely kind and even helped me clean up the mess. Now I’m out in the parking lot, buckled the car seats and about to pull away, and I see Sean sprinting out the front door to bring me 2 peach smoothies for my girls! Wow. Olive Garden you have a shining star working there. Great restaurant, and especially great service.
Our experience started off on the wrong side. First server we had was not pleasant at all. Spoke with Management and server was changed. Original server came back to the table and had the galls to say "I don't appreciate what you said to my manager". My partner went and found the manager and told her about the server's comment. Our new server Amy was incredible, both managers Michelle and Lauren (?) were absolutely amazing in changing things around! I thanked them both immensely.
We were headed to see Jimmy Buffet at the Arena, a super great Mother and daughter treat.We were super hungry and decided on one of my daughters favorite places to dine, which happens to be, Olive Garden, personally, I’ve never been a fan……until this visit!I travelFor work and dine at a lot of restaurants, I rarely give five stars but the service we received really was that great.Our server was on top of her game!!!!Food was cooked to perfection and I gotta tell ya, I was in awe at the architect of this building. It was elegant and super clean!!!!!You’ve made me a super fan of OG.
