Food was amazing. This that real. Portions good. Seasoned well. Service was very good. I ordered large oxtail, double rice and Mac & cheese. It was plentiful. I'm definitely going back
My Wife and I were in Orlando for a vacation,for a week. We wanted some "Soul Food" and searched the internet to find this place.Our server was a nice lady and treated us very hospitable. She came and got our drink order.( We ordered 2 waters)The food was prepared nice and hot. The meals tasted very good.We will be back. We live in Winston-Salem,NC.
Delicious traditional Jamaican food for the soul. I stopped here on my trip to Downtown Orlando. The food was excellent and my waitress was a doll. Highly recommended soul food stop.
Food and service was horrible. Ribs was cold and hard. The mac and cheese was nothing but unseasoned noodles and cheese. Then the owner comes out and instead of apologizing about the ribs. He told us its because of the time of day we showed up to eat. I do recommend this place at all.
I have tried this place on multiple occasions and every time I say maybe they have changed... No!! I ordered 2 catfish dinners. She opened the plates so fast I assumed it was catfish. It wasn't catfish at all more like a knock off catfish. I know catfish and that wasn't it. The second time I got the small oxtail dinner, cost me $21.29. Wayyy too overpriced for this plate. The lady that takes the orders isn't welcoming either.
Terrible. There’s no sign to show how seating works. They have terrible customer service. I swear they want me a light skin Hispanic female to just leave. Because when I tried to order they told me their fried chicken takes 25 minutes. When they offer it as a appetizer. Makes no sense. I’ve come in kind and nice I really don’t understand the treatment towards me. I’m giving my money to them. And being nice no matter what they say. And they are just rude.
The food taste good, but for a large turkey dinner plate, my portions were disappointing. They cut the turkey wing into pieces rather than serving them whole....leaving very little meat when it's served. Not what I was expecting.
My friends and I really enjoyed our food today. Our server Gerald was so nice and perfect We came to celebrate my birthday and will definitely return.
I feel sorry for this establishment because COVID may be a factor in why the quality of food is so bad. I must say the waitress was very nice and pleasant but the food was horrible. I ordered the chitterlings and they were minced and mixed with what looked like rice with no flavor at all. The potato salad appeared to be from great value and was not homemade at all. The corn bread was not done at all. The food tasted as if it came out of a can. I hope they can bounce back, I had to throw $18.00 away because I could not stomach the food.
The food was very good I have been here for 2years and this by far is the best soul food I have had this far.
