The good: The ladies working early afternoon gave good customer service. I had the pizza bagel with cheese steak, it tasted amazing and was honestly the best bagel I’ve had.The not so good: I found it to be small, not filling, I would have to eat 2 for lunch. Also pricey for me at $13.87 for one bagel and a bag of chips and NO drink. I’d gladly pay the $13.87 if that bagel had about double the meat.

Had the absolute best slice of pizza in winter garden for lunch today

The food here is outstanding! Great breakfast, lunch and desserts!!! 90% is made fresh in house and what is not is delivered right from New York!! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. This is a must stop whether you live in the area or you are on vacation.

There seems to be a panache to associate foods with NY, maybe it is deserved and maybe it is not, I truly have no clue, but for a native Floridian, being associated with NY is neither here nor there for me.With all that said, I visited this bagel shop last Saturday and the bagel and cream cheese were perfectly fine. It was nicely toasted and I was given a nice amount cream cheese, in fact, I was given so much cream cheese, I could have given my wife half of the amount I was given and I still would have had a good amount for my bagel. The bagel had a nice texture and did not seem stale or old in any way which some other reviews commented on.I have been to New York City twice in my life, none of those times have I ever eaten a bagel, so I cannot speak to the fact if they are a "real" NY Bagel or not, I have no frame of reference. When I think Bagel in Orlando, I think Bagel King and this bagel was actually better than the Bagel King. The Bagel King wins in ambiance because it has a dinning room and offers full meals while NY Bagel & Deli is more of just a small shop meant for to-go orders.Other reviews wrote about bad customer service, I did not experience that, the employees that I did interact with were all polite and respectful. At the end of the day the bagel was tasty, the cream cheese was more than plentiful and coffee was hot, I have no complaints.

The service here is always amazing. I just purchased 6 of the NY semolina loaves and made the best sandwiches. We have also had there Sicilian pies there regular pies with meatballs and there bagels. Everything is good all the time. Thanks for your great food and great service.

Completely LEGIT! deli that could rival the ones I grew up around in NJ. I had a plain bagel with cream cheese, a Taylor ham, egg & cheese sandwich on a garlic bagel and a Nova lox and cream cheese sandwich on a NYC bagel (don't judge me - it all looked so good, I had to have it all!) Nothing disappointed. I'll be back. And probably way more times than I probably should. ?

As a New Yorker I was super disappointed. Customer service is great without a doubt, but the food was not up to par. If this establishment is originally from NYC then why use a TurboChef for the food? Real NYC Bagel Deli's would actually cook the food (Bacon, EGGS, Pork Roll, etc.) all on a flat top griddle and toast the bagels. Cutting corners is not the way to go!!!

I met the owner last time and he was a great person to chat with. I saw the bad reviews about the woman who works there, but never experienced that. Until today. I went out of my way because I was craving a good bagel. It's memorial day, so a friend of mine who had to get gas saw the open sign was on. So I drove 10 to 15 extra minutes to get there. Pulled in at 2:20pm (they close at 4) and the open light was on. The open wooden sign was also set in the left side window. I opened the door and sure enough, it was not locked. As soon as I step in, all I hear is a woman yell at the other worker, "Lock that door". Without a Hi or a Good Afternoon sir, the next thing I hear is "We're closed". The second I step out the door, I hear the lock flip and the signs get turned off. Ironically someone tried to go in right after me. No signs posted they were closing early, nothing. Won't be back. Terrible customer service.

Walked in and the gentleman behind counter was awesome. I ask for a recommendation and man he made me a steak sandwich on Asiago bagel with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese. It was so good! Awesome customer service! Was gonna take a picture, but ate it too fast. So good.

gave me rotten roast beef that had an odor and treated me poorly for asking for a refund. made me sick as a dog
