Delicious cakes but horrible customer service. I went yesterday to the Sand Lake location and according to the receipt someone by the name of Angelic G took our order. She seemed like she really didn't want to be there or was having a bad day (and showing it) and couldn't wait to be done with our orders. Really didn't give us any info about the cakes and only told us Pecan Praline was discontinued (btw, extremely disappointed on NBC for that). The cashier made the transaction and didn't even say "thank you" or "good bye" and just silently waited as we left store. Pretty dissapointed for a kind of place that should have a happier demeanor, you're selling delicious cakes!

5 star visit, and low star visit.[5 star]My visit was extremely pleasant on Feb 28th. I spent all day moving out if my apartment and wanted to grab a celebratory snack. I was greated by an older lady who asked about my day and just that small conversation made my stress filled day better. I decided to get 2 cakes instead of one and she wished me good luck on my journey. That will be the last time I visit that shop and honestly, I felt a bit sad that it was.[1 Star visit]My low star visit was a few days before. On Feb 22nd, I came in thinking I had a buy 1 get 1 coupon in an email. (I mistook the flyer for a coupon). However, at the counter, the young lady asked "do you have the bar code?. Since there wasn't one, I showed her the email on my phone. She just held the scanner gun and stared at me still awaiting a response. So now I'm scrambling a bit and the line is building up a bit. She asked again "do you have the bar code". Now imagine that TV store clerk thats chewing gum, hates her job, and will only ask you the one question over and over as to not be bothered with anything else..this was that situation. After feeling a bit embarrassed I left without anything.Now my issue isnt the fact that I didn't actually have a coupon, my issue was that I didn't get any help and felt left out to dry. I wanted to buy 2 cakes in 2/22/22. Seemed right! But I left with 0.I feel in ky heart, that the lady from my Feb 28th visit would have done everything to help. "Let me see what you have there" is what I imagine her asking.TLDRI'm the Bundtlet customer. So I'm in and out in a few moments uaually buying up to 4 at a time. No large cakes, no special requeats needed (one day perhaps). So these small interactions go along way. Im not the smartest guy in the world, but I do love cake, and all I ask for is a little bit of help.

DISAPPOINTING! I went yesterday around noon to buy a dozen mini cupcakes for my mother (I have a very picky mother, who only likes certain flavors). Let me preface this by saying there were 5 employees with no other customers in the establishment. I’d also like to state that I have come in and had this done before. So I step up to the counter and let the employee know I’d like a dozen of the mini cupcakes. She cut me off and said that’s fine but the boxes are already made with certain flavors. She lets me know they have lemon, raspberry, and red velvet. I asked her if there was any way to change out the 4 red velvet for 4 vanilla mini cupcakes because my mother is extremely picky. She huffed and said “yeah I guess but it’s gonna take about 45 minutes”. I was taken aback and asked why would it take 45 minutes. She huffed again and told me that they had an unbelievable amount of online orders and just really didn’t have the time to change out the cupcakes. I clarified that the vanilla cupcakes were made and ready to go and she said yes. So then I asked her to clarify that “it will take 45 minutes to change out the 4 cupcakes for 4 cupcakes that are already made because 5 employees cannot handle the to go orders.” She didn’t say anything. So I said no thank you and walked out. Honestly, the cakes are not worth the awful customer service. I will not be coming her again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone!
