The quality of the cake is fantastic. It is soft and moist. Get the red velvet! If you don’t want it to be too sweet, just take out the frosting. If you do love it sweet, then eat it with the cake. Both ways are good!! P.S. there is a Gluten Free option in the chocolate chip cookie flavor. Not bad. It is a little denser than the normal one. Still good flavor!

Cakes are great but i asked as a paying customer could I please use there restroom before i wet my pants and she tells me go to another retailer! Very rude!! I don’t ever go to a retailer and ask just if I could use the restroom unless I’m a paying customer just as I was at this place of business but that’s OK I’ll find another place that makes good cakes

Love their white chocolate & raspberries cake.

There’s nothing I don’t love about a good Nothing Bundt Cakes! I really mean that! These cakes are the bees knees. They’re fluffy, moist (or not dry, dry cake is not good), and they have the perfect amount of frosting on them due to the bundt cake shape and unique method of frosting appreciation.Red velvet, carrot cake, a classic vanilla or chocolate, confetti, holiday specials and many more flavors. You can get a cute personal pan bundt cake, bundtinis (the mini bundts), or even a full big bundt cake. It’s just the bestest!

Where are the forks?!? Are You kidding me!!!I find this EXTREMELY frustrating and ridiculous. To the point where I REFUSE to support this company. You spend $5! For a Bundt cake and ask for a fork to eat your cake with and they don't provide forks, unless you buy a pack of plates and forks!!!I'm SO SICK of these greedy A companies!!! WTH?!? Are we supposed to eat with, literally forks cost pennies!!! And don't leave me that dumb response, we are UNABLE...you ARE ABLE!!! The company is CHOOSING NOT to provide utensils! Selling food w.o utensils is just STUPID!!!Then have the audacity to refer OTHER reviewers to a Bundt LISTENS, what a joke!!! SICK OF THESE GREEDY COMPANIES!!! Won't see me again! Certainly, won't recommend this company! FYI...Guest we can't get upset with staff for company policies.

One of my Health Care Professionals brought a peppermint buntcake to our event, it was the best cake I have ever had. Excellent 5 stars!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review other than to say…OH GOOD LORD! I’ve never had a better piece of cake.

This location has the best customer service. The transaction time and speed of the workers are phenomenal. The Bundt cakes made here thick with just enough icing and so tasty. The specialized in special occasion Bundt cakes, bundtlets, and bundtinis. Bundtlets are already premade stop by to try for under $5. They have a variety of flavors. But please note the traffic in the area is crazy "Drive to Arrive Alive"

Overrated and unimpressive. Not a great bake on our cakes (we got three), if I had to guess they probably bake them all for the same amount of time and have it down to such an assembly line procedure that there isn’t great quality control. One was too dry, another was mushy on the bottom. Frosting wasn’t very good either. Seems like more focus on mass production and being trendy rather than an actually great product. Not likely to return.

Oh my goodness! I was tasked with bringing dessert for dinner at a friends place nearby and I was sooo tired of doing Publix ‘desserts’ and just so happen to ‘desserts doctor Phillips’. I took a chance and man was I happy I did! I got the seasonal bundtinis. They were so moist and delicious. Trying not to eat all of them in one sitting!
