Normally I love this place. This particular visit wasnt great. The staff seemed indifferent, the floors were sticky, the drink machine had very limited flavors and everytime I stood/walked under it, I got dripped on by something. We ordered a kids meal and got a small water cup for his drink (in the past we've always gotten a regular cup with lid and straw). Just wasnt the normal noodles experience.
Food was wonderful. The variety was great. Italian, Japanese, old fashion Mac snd cheese with s kick and some healthy zucchini noodles. We tried them all and everything was great. Even the pot sticker appetizer. If you like noodles, any kind of noodles this is the place to try. Staff was also helpful and friendly. They were pretty busy but everything came out quick and hot.
The food is Amazing. The company website is amateurish at best. 3 times now I've tried to sign in to order and use accrued points. All three times the site tells me that I don't have an account and my email address is invalid, yet I receive weekly emails with updates on the amount of points I've accrued. Don't bother signing up for the points program. It's worthless.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor. There was a good variety including salads and zoodle or cauliflower pasta options.It is a bit expensive, but they use higher quality meat. The shrimp were decent size ... Not those tiny things. Chicken was good breast meat with no gristle.Kids meals are decent with 2 sides and a juice.
It was delicious. I had spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken pot stickers. They made them just how I like them, darkened. So, so good!
It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it. The salad was finished in about one bite, you can see the salad next to a pop can for size. We ordered the food on Uber and it said it would be ready in 15min, it actually took about 45min. The place seemed very disorganized I'm not sure how it has a 4+ star rating.

I deliver for Uber and they always seem to have a great personality and the food is always ready when I go to pick it up never a problem.
This was my first time to one of the restaurants of this chain. I had the pad thai. Prepared freshly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can't beat it for the money.
Ordered the spicy beef Korean noodles with chicken & steak. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavor was spicy, but tolerable.The veggies were cooked in the noodle sauce, and they were good as well. Seems like Noodles & Company is a healthy, quick option, and stil great tasting. Definitely going back to try another dish!!!
