I went for the first time last Friday 4/15. I ordered a chicken gyro , even though the posted menu states $8.50 for a chicken gyro my receipt showed $9.57 . I didn't make a fuss about it and accepted it as is . Today I look at my bank account and see they charged me $12.57 which I assume they added their own tip of $3 themselves . I called them today asking them about it and the daughter asked me for the receipt number which i told her I did not have but I gave her the time and date . She told me she could not look it up if I don't have a receipt- which is bogus. I will be disputing this with my bank . Never going back !
Was in town and decided to try New York Deli, was walking distance from hotel. Ordered a hot pastrami and swiss cheese sub. When I got back to the hotel I could not be more disappointed at what I had received. All the ingredients were of high quality but my whole sub consisted of what appeared to be three slices of en pastrami ,one slice of swiss cheese broken in half and was so meager that it was almost invisible on the meat.The pastrami that was on the sandwich was tender and tasted good, the bread was great and the onions and tomatoes were equally as good. A sub should at least have enough meat and cheese so that they can be seen when you open the wrapping but in this case the bread was still touching and it looked like an empty roll. In short while the sub started with great ingredients it was a Disney sandwich, what a real sub would taste like was left to the imagination. Quite a shame that a deli could have great ingredients and serve such a poor ten dollar sub.
Excellent food. Best Greek gyro you will ever have. Don't let the casual setting and lack of fine China scare you. The food is authentic and obviously made fresh and with pride.
First time trying this establishment. I ordered the Italian sub and although it was good, their was very little meat and toppings. I wasn’t expecting that since the sub was $9 and change. I will try their Gyro next time but not the subs.
The nicest and best customer service I've had in a while. I'm handicap and I received so much hospitality. They're very respectful and laid back. The place feels very welcoming and cozy inside. The food on top of everything is great! Great first time!
Amazing food and the cutest place. It made me feel like I was walking into a shop in New York. The lady making sandwiches even remembers your order by heart and it comes out right. The prices were also outstanding. 10/10 would recommend every time. Thank you so much!

I ordered the originally gyro and it was probably the best I've had. The pita bread was perfect with an amazing Tzatziki sauce. This place is definitely worth trying out.
