A bit too expensive. $18 for two ice creams. Post it notes all over the walls from people all over the world. Employees were nice. Ice cream tasted good but I don’t think it’s worth $18.
Walked in and it was pretty busy.. hard to tell where the line started. There was no 'order here' sign and finally a worker told us to order at the front. We ordered and there were several parties ahead of us. They kept naming off ice cream that no one was accounting for. It kept happening. Just very chaotic. Could easily be solved with putting names and the number on the cups. While we were waiting we saw a woman grab oreos with her bare hands and put them on someone's ice cream. Luckily ours was made with people who wore gloves. Definitely feel this place is overrated and could use some organization. The ice cream was just ok.. just regular ice cream that was overpriced.

The rolls were really entertaining to see, and the flavors were very varied. Although it's a bit expensive, the place filled with sticky notes was unique and it was a fun experience.
I loved this place because of the design and the ice cream. You can write whatever you want and put it on a sticky note for others to see. The rolled ice cream is very savory. This was my first time having rolled ice cream. I would recommend!
Mr. Cool ia a fun ice cream shop to visit. We went to try out the rolled ice cream. The employees were very laid back and helpful. The post it notes on the wall is unique , fun for all ages ! Very interesting watching them make the rolled ice cream.
I love this place. The Oreo milk tea boba our favorite. Jasmine is really nice and amazing! Awesome guest service. We may or may not have come in twice today already.
Tasty ice cream and drinks but their process was very inefficient and disappointing. We waited - no joke - 50 minutes for our order. Problem is that those making the drinks and ice cream fulfill the most recent order. They do not fill it in the order in which they came in. At first they were a bit backed up so we figured it was just a volume issue. But then we noticed customers who came in after us were getting their orders filled ahead of ours. What made it worse was that when we pointed it out to them they wouldn’t admit it. They pointed to our unfilled cups and said “Look - it says 3:35pm.” As if that was to show that they were doing it properly. Problem was that the time was already 4:25pm when she showed us the as yet unfilled cups! No ice cream or drinks are worth that long of a wait. Very disappointed in the service.
Great ice cream. Nice staff. Nice decorates. Prices are reasonable.
