Excellent customer service. We had a delicious bowl. Very flavorful. Clean restaurant. Happy staff. I highly recommend this location. We'll be back.
I am from out of town and idk if it's how it's here but people here are rude and service you like they hate their job, no greeting no smiles , super rude and just not a good place to have eaten , then another customer came in and he was greeted welcome to Moe's lol but I wasn't and the service provided was poor
The manager on shift at 8:00pm on 5/21/22 killed it for us. She was hashly talking down to her workers while they were trying their best to keep up with what was clearly a lot of orders (both dining-in and online), she kept barking orders instead of actually helping the situation.The workers making the burritos were champions; despite the harsh treatment they kept on working. If it was me, I might have considered quitting on the spot.So after patiently waiting, we decided to quietly leave and didn't even eat. I love Moe's, but that manager wasn't going to get our money.
My burrito bowl had a lot of flavor and was perfectly seasoned. The quantity sizes of the protein and other ingredients, however, disappointed me. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The dining areas were off limits presumably due to Covid. The restaurant was somewhat clean but could be better.
I understand that people want to leave when their shift is over but closing up the dining room while you're still there eating is kind of rude and disgusting.It left no seating for new customers that were coming in.It was the 1st time I've ever had uncooked chips.I like Moe's just was not a big fan of this location
Spent a week at Universal Studios in Orlando and this was by far the worst place we dined. The food choices were between greasy or fried. I got the burger and it was dry and tasteless because I opted out of the cheese sauce. They told me that onions were extra because they were for the hotdogs not the burgers. Even my daughter didn't like her pizza. They had choice of meat, cheese and vegtable pizzas. But they refused to make just pepperoni pizza. Plus they said it came with fries or carrots. They put 3 if the saddest carrots on her plate, so I asked for fries instead. Even the curly fries were disappointing, like they were sitting out for a while. I strongly reccomend eating at any other place before dining here.
If I could rate zero stars I would. This location on I Drive had poor customer service,messy dining area which they said was closed,all but one salsa was empty and salsa bar was a mess with drippings everywhere, no utensils or straws available. I wiped down a table to eat at(all were messy &sticky) while my husband was at cashier waiting for out 2 quesadillas & burrito to finish being prepared. Staff automatically bagged our food to go and when he sat with us at table we were then told dining room was closed all order are to go. What??? It was 8:00pm and closing hours are 9:00 pm. It said no where dining room closes early. We were in Orlando for sons 4 day sporting event which had finished about 45 minutes before this.and all we wanted to do was eat before hitting the road on our 3 hour trip home. Staff still told us "sorry dining room is still closed all order to go". I would have never stopped here knowing on to go orders an hour before closing.. how was the food??? Again poor service both, quesadillas had all veg and protein only put in the very middle. It was a lump that became a mess of food falling out. It wasn't distributed in the quesadillas just on a single part of it so no cheese to hold it together. The homewrecker ordered wal lacking fillings. Husband said much smaller than the usual size. I would avoid going to this location and find another one. This definitely didn't meet the typical Moe's quality or standards.
I love Moe’s! There’s so much choice and it tastes delicious. My partner is vegetarian and the fact there are options when building your burrito is great for her. The queso is delicious. It would be nice if they had more hot salsas but we really enjoyed it.
Food was great. Just too bad they are franchise and don't participate in a lot of the promotions. I still got around this one and got my food for $5.99! ?
Girl first dishing up the food was so unfriendly. The guy was much better down the line. Rice and Beans - a small amount for $3 each was outrageously priced. Could not find a clean table to eat at. No on was cleaning the eating area during the 30 minutes we were there. Trash can full. Hope we did not catch Covid. Needs a good cleaning and some customer service training.
