I had a great lunch with my wife at Hunters Creek Miller's Ale House.
My wife and I had an early dinner here, and I left hungry. My wife was happy enough with her chicken fajitas, even though she thought the seasonal vegetables side was tasteless. I ordered half a rack of ribs with onion rings as a side. Imagine my surprise when I was served 4 ribs instead of the usual 6! I asked the server if that was intentional, and she admitted they had changed prices 3 times in a month. I would have preferred to pay a little more and receive the usual 6 ribs; but that wasn’t an option. I understand how inflation has affected everyone and everything, but paying the same amount for 4 ribs as I normally pay for 6 and not being told ahead of my order is deceptive at best! ?
I went yesterday with my cousin and my 8 year old son. Bad luck for me, he had a little accident in the restaurant. He started not feeling well and threw up. I tried to reach the bathroom unsuccessfuly. I'm mentioning this because all of the staff was so so so supportive and went beyond what I have ever expected. They helped my son and even myself (emotionally ?). They were all so nice and told him that it was OK. He was very embarrassed but everyone made him feel so much better. They even gave us a new shirt so he would be clean. Who does that?I want to applaud you all for the amazing job you guys do. Not to mention our amazing server, she was excellent. There are no words to explain how amazing you all are. I'm not used to rate every restaurant I go, but I needed to do it because 5 stars are not enough.
Great food and a nice atmosphere but would have liked a refill on my tea.

I decided to give Ale House another try, picked up the Togo order and my sons burger looked like this. With no fries, the cheese is pitiful… I mean seriously? There was also no dessert with his. My grilled Zingers were cold and I paid $17.09 for 4 grillled zingers???

This location has excellent burgers! In my opinion, the best in Orlando. I always order curbside pickup. Order is consistent every time, and always ready on time! Excellent! You really have to try this Miller’s on John Young Parkway!! You will not be disappointed!
