I love milkshakes, they're one of my favorite dessert beverages to have! Their definition of milkshakes is down right horrendous! It's not even blended! It's ice cream, topping, ice cream, topping. I had to stir it and mix it myself with a spoon and I still wouldn't consider it a milkshake. If I could give a 0/5 I would. Don't come here for milkshakes unless you want to be disappointed. Tables and chairs are hella dirty too!

Really tasty burger and seating inside or out, it was a nice spot to watch the parades from, plenty of seating in and out.

I apologize for my graphic review . Outside amazing the staff, well we pretty much started hiring lazy people to cover the grounds. I was disgusted last night I felt sick to my stomach all night could not get the image out of my head while I was eating. First the dinning area inside was disgusting, and the. I had to kill a huge cockroach dragging the food that was left behind or giving birth to more . I didn't want to imagine the rest of the place I told someone and I waited about 25 minutes and no one came I threw my food away and left . Disappointing I'm still sick I will be contacting the city for an inspection .

The fries were cold and hard, but the chicken tenders were decent. I like that wedged you order a combo you get a shake as well, most theme park places only give you fries and sandwich and the drink is separate. When we went, there were tables open but they were all dirty so you had to clean them yourself.

The lady taking our order was amazing and gave us options for kids food we had no idea existed, didn't see them on the menu! Food was delicious. (way overpriced, but still yummy) There was a problem with the computer system while we were there but the lady was super nice and manager handled it quickly!Of all the spots to eat at Universal in the parks, this has been my favorite so far. (we are season pass holders)

First of all, I want to start off with the very bad service. The lady's printer broke ( the one you print the receipt with ) and she had to call at least 2-3 people to fix it which took a good 15-20 minutes. They finally moved her to a different counter and we just ordered french fries. We are vegetarians and after a few bites, one of the fries seemed to have some sort of non vegetarian food in it even when I confirmed with her before ordering if the fries were vegetarian or not. I had to immediately rush to the washroom to vomit and I felt nauseous for the rest of the day. I believe they use the same cookware for both non vegetarian and vegetarians. Even if they don't, they are care free enough that possibly a type of non vegetarian item just hopped inside the vegetarian fries. We are pass holders and love Universal but this is too much.

Under average food served by people who obviously didn't care. The "shake" is nothing more than horrible tasting soft serve ice cream. If the code on your drinking cup is bad, tough luck no drink for you. booths are horribly small, food was barely edible.

Love it like stepping back in time. Cheapest spot to eat got 4 meals spent 36 best deals great staff watched parades and more

Very good compared to other places around the park. Milkshakes INSANELY good. Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries were a little above average. Chicken fingers were awesome.

We really enjoyed this! It’s reminds me of coming here as a kid! The service was a little slow but the food was good and the service was friendly.
