World’s largest McDonald’s! It’s a 2-story location with a full kitchen serving unique dishes like pasta, pizza (from a brick oven!), waffles and more. There’s also several cakes for dessert. Upstairs is where the fun takes place with their arcade and prize shop. The cost to play is really affordable. It’s a great way to pass time while you wait for your food to be brought to the table.
Wow!! Every McDonald’s should be like this place in my opinion. They have arcade games and a playground all in the second floor. Kids love it here we easy spend about 2 hours, playing and eating and playing again. All food orders are made using the kiosks on the first floor and you take a number and find yourself a table. Your order will be brought to you. Easy, fun and great staff. Will definitely come back when visiting Orlando.
This is the busiest McDonald's Ive ever been to. They have the process of customer care down to a science. If you order to go use a kiosk because eating in could take a while because a server has to walk the food over. They have a pastry cafe and the play area is massive. The employees are nice and gave great service. Just a heads up. I would avoid the drive thru between the hours of 7am-Midnight. Those are the times when people are either going or coming from theme park.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, absolute disaster of a McDonalds. It is usually busy but a manageable busy if handled appropriately, which it is not. You can order your food but don’t expect it to be quick at all. We waited over an hour for our food, no sign of service at all. Others around us had waited over an hour and a half. As we were waiting, a man who had ordered through a food delivery app had driven to the restaurant himself to complain that his order was completely wrong and missing the majority of what he requested. Only when we requested a refund did we finally get someone to prepare our order. Once it was prepared, it was incorrect and contained items we did not ask for and missing others. At this stage, we just ate what we were given as there was absolutely no chance we were going to receive what we wanted. The staff were untrained and had no idea how to manage it. There was piles of orders behind the counter not being giving out. There was only one guy giving out food, most of his time spent not doing this job but instead relaxing behind the counter as the orders piled up. Even when people questioned him, he would direct all questions towards one manager without even making an effort to answer them himself. This definitely can’t be considered fast food at this rate. Even once we received our food, it was extremely mediocre with no sauce given. You could receive food in a nice sit down restaurant much quicker and of a much better quality. Despite being the biggest McDonalds, it is the least efficient one I have ever been to. No screens to see where you order was and absolutely no way to get a refund. I’d advise anyone to stay away from here and go somewhere else until something is done to rectify the numerous issues raised. Definitely way better options in the area.
The staffs were very friendly and our food was good. The facility was clean. They were very busy and our food was was good. However, our food was not delivered until about 30 minutes after we placed our order. We wanted to try McDonald’s pasta. I’m sure our order would have been served faster if we ordered the normal menu items.
Hands down best McDonald's ever!! We loved the game room.The prices were so reasonable, $25 was more than enough chips to play for as long as we wanted.They restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and staff was friendly. It also had an elevator that goes to and from the game room and restaurant.
We visited the restaurant this evening (April 15th) at 7:55 and ordered at 7:58. Our food took nearly 40 minutes to arrive (despite being straightforward), was incomplete when it arrived (a burger was missing half its bun and the Happy Meal drink was missing), and the attitude from staff throughout this time was appalling. They could not have cared less that food was not being served in a timely manner, or that other customers were waiting up to an hour for their food (going so far as to call this a 'normal' wait time), and it was only after we demanded a refund that our (incomplete) food arrived. My request for details to complain was met with a dismissive "it's on the receipt". Our experience was far from unique, and was difficult to square with bigger meals arriving sooner. It was as if the computer system was being ignored and receipts printed out and dealt with in whatever order the staff felt like. Suffice it to say that I will be complaining through all available channels, that the staff are frankly abysmal (and I appreciate it is not an easy job and am usually sympathetic to retail staff) and the management appeared apathetic at best and non-existent at worst. There needs to be retraining or replacement of staff and management, and until this happens I would advise people to eat anywhere other than here. It is simply not worth the aggravation for a McDonald's meal.
